Foreign governments in partnership with our leaders; in some cases when they don’t cooperate they topple them from power or they kill them! If they’re not directly involved they allow them to steal our resources and invest it in their countries! Either way they are in cahoots with foreign governments!

That is not going to be possible. Too many countries are just not willing to drop their service to neocolonial and Globalist entities. They are there to sabotage emancipation initiatives and maintain the status quo for their external sponsors, at the expense of the rest.
The continent has no unitary prospects whatsoever as long as some countries prefer to stand alone than to lay down together in chains.

The question is what "Africa" are we talking about here? More often than not we define Africa as a unit and a homogenous entity. The continent has never been that and would never be that. Each Nation within the continent have their historical antecedents but most of all the local and International powers that created such Nations. If you want to beat your chest and determine what any Nation should do or not do, the first thing you need to do is answer this question: Whose State are the African States? This may be able to bring you up to date with your rhetorical statements.

the pan-Africanism displayed is not just a call for a mythical Africa, it is just the observation that after more than 400 coups d'état, the powers outside the continent are playing a brutal (sadistic?) game, the only way to counter them is to make collective negotiation, to create a group that cancels out small intestinal wars by default. They want control of resources and will not shy away from any legitimate state if it is small and they can use their neighbor to launch a group of "rebels" to destroy it...

This is useful although talk is not a problem and acceptance of trade. What I suggest is that perception of foreign investment could be the problem. Many Africans except a few used their foreign investment in foreign lands
This foreign investment similar to foreign military bases, recruitment of mercenaries aren't treated in similar legal rights terms. One only invests outside to respond to shortage of opportunities. Foreign investment like education has been skewed to not appear as weakness due to dollar dominance. This weakness was exploited by China and in limited terms some Asian countries. People must retain ownership of resources and limit like in trade the foreign corporations equity to 50% and insist on consent to technology transfer and joint ventures. People should know that foreign corporation and donation are unable ro recruit mercenaries and be able to spread rebels with pro western agenda.

Burkina is benefitting from their alliance with Russia in a way they have never benefitted before.
There is no reason, apart from the fears and insecurity of others for any break in their relations.
It is not as if Afrika came to their assistance with a similar protection.

Democracy is not working in Afr6 let us be honestly to each other. Let's look back. Nyerere, Kaunda and many more. Now we have Museveni and kagame things are going well because they have vision for their Countries yet some Africans and the west want them to live. So that they put a puppet their. Well said bro.

Part of the cartel. They're all puppets of the West, Europe and China.

Well democracy may not work for Rwanda or Uganda, but other countries do not entertain that ruler for life circumstance.
So it is okay to admit that such divergences are the reason why he continent has 54 systems.
      To each their own…

On apartheid you’re wrong! Blacks NEVER had a vote in South Africa! The tricameral system of parliament we had was for Whites, Indians and Couloured(mixed race) only in 1983!! So apartheid was NOT a democracy, it may have been a democratic system amongst the whites and others who got voting rights in 1983 with the new parliamentary system under the 1983 Constitution but not as a general system for South Africa as a whole!
