I have a very odd question for you do you remember the episode jobhunting I think it was episode 22 or 23 is it me or does the picture on the episode look like it would’ve been like the first second third or maybe even fourth episode and do you think that some of the episodes were scrambled and they weren’t in order
Forget the exact episode, but the Girls are complaining about their broken dishwasher and theres not one behind them. Also something about hidden Mickeys in the wall decor.
Cool video! The kitchen is my favorite room in the GG's house! Feels homey, like your at grandma's house. I like the later version of the kitchen when they changed up the wallpaper, put more copper molds on the walls, and bumped out the little area where the baking rack shelf sits. (The part of the set that never got taken down that you were talking about.) It used to be a flat wall, then they pushed it back. Prefer the yellow curtains over the green ones they had. I love houses so I pay attention to detail. Lol Even though it was the 80s and that style is no longer in, I have become a fan of that GGs house look bc of the show. Its dated, but I dont care. I wish I could move to Florida. Long comment I know, but i noticed something interesting, Blanche's bedroom banana leaf wallpaper looks just like the banana leaf wallpaper at the Beverly Hills hotel (google it and see if you agree). I wonder if one of the set designers took the idea from the hotel and used it in Blanche's bedroom? There also used to be a golden girls cafe. I saw that on TH-cam. But it's no longer going. See: th-cam.com/video/A6oVH_ZcH6o/w-d-xo.html Fun fact: I actually emailed the owner of that restaurant to see if the table in his restaurant was the actual kitchen table used on the show and he said, no it was a re-creation. The exact response was: "The chairs in the restaurant were reproductions, but the base was a vintage base that I purchased from a private party. I sold the pieces with the business." Anyway, my long comment is done 😄 Thanks for the GG content!
I soooo appreciate your reaction, feedback, and comment! I have Blanche's bedroom on my list of rooms to profile from the set so stay tuned. I love your attention to detail. Let me know if there are any other things that you want to learn more about or have any knowledge to share!
@@staygolden4899 Thanks! Happy to share what I know. I will definitely let you know if I think of any other things I want to see covered. Appreciate it! And look forward to future content. 👍
How do you talk about the kitchen set for this show and not mention that they had a cock-cake pan hanging on the wall on the right side of the kitchen? hahahahahahahahha
Super fun videos of the iconic series. Hoping you can do a few more.
Beatuful set interior

@@radium1977 ha! I forgot I had commented. Still waiting for more videos
@@BearfootinbootsIllness, death or some other tragedy perhaps…. she seemed so committed so for the videos come to such an abrupt end seems odd.
