I am currently binging Desperate Housewives for the millionth time, and I came across this video after watching your Wisteria Lane homes. You are super talented. This video makes me want to watch The Golden Girls again ❤️

Its weird watching The Golden Girls sometimes because throughout the seasons the door to the backyard moves to a completely different spot, their bedrooms seem to move and in the kitchen a small wooden table is later an island. 🤷♀️
So true! I think Roses bedroom moves a few times and so does the garage! This is only one interpretation of the home, you can certainly find other ones in the gallery that might have a different layout! What really matters is that the “feel” of the house is right, in my opinion.

When I'm a millionaire and living in a warmer climate (currently in cold, wet England), I'm going to design a replica of this house for me and my husband - but we'll have a pool and hot tub out beyond the lanai. Thanks for sharing! :)
That house is beautiful. One thing tho. Remove that green strip of grass in front of the garage driveway. Remember in the show it was open. Then u will have the best house ever. 🏠

I think I said it in the video, but this floor plan is one of the most famous examples of a house floor plan that makes NO SENSE in regards to the b-roll exterior footage! This one, and the Brady Bunch house make don’t match what is suggested on the outside at all, hahaha. I definitely took some liberties, and used a few fan-created floor plans to try to make things look right - I hope that’s ok!
Also... I had started playing with my “Real Housewives” build and Sims via Twitch, but this makes me really want to do a series of the Golden Girls!😂😂😂

This build is incredible! I put it in my game with the Golden Girls sims characters I found from the gallery. However, I thought the fake laundry room was weird. I guess you don't have the Laundry Day pack? Either way, I love it. so so so so good.

@@CarlDillynson OMG. I am so sorry, I didn't mean any offense. I personally thought it was weird because I do have Laundry Day so I'm used to see in-game washer/dryers, but it definitely wouldn't be weird to others. I knew it was a laundry room right away and you did a great job manufacturing it!

Well the door they exit to get to the garage is also hinted at to be a door leading to the exterior of the house. My guess is they had a side door to the garage
@@CarlDillynson Whenever someone in the house opens the door, you can see the person outside waiting to come in. The way you've got it, the door would block that view. Thus, the doorknob should be on the left side of the door. (from the inside of the house).
