Mate Olight Australia give you them little light's when you buy the spotlight off them , I got 2 off them as a welcome to olight family gift 🎁. I reckon Olight is pretty cool I've just started buying from them . Top stuff mate 👍
Lithium AAA takes the run time to over double a normal alkaline aaa, you get around a 30-50% increase from a rechargeable Nimh aaa as well. But i do the same as you i stash i3E's with a lithum aaa in places where i might need a light in a pinch and never have to worry about them again. going form 50 min of stock run time to around 2 hours with those lithium aaa is just awesome, i only wish aaa lithium were cheaper.
Gawsh, and here I was thinking that color scheme was for the holidays. 😱 Lithium primaries: another big advantage is that I have -never- had a lithium cell leak. In contrast, even the best and most expensive alkaline cells can and do STILL, in 2022, leak. At best you have a time-consuming clean-up/repair process, but sometimes the device is simply ruined.
the i3E eos with a rechargable litium ion battery is the way to go . It makes it almost 3 times as bright. Way brighter than any other Olight keychain size flashlight. Probably 300 or more lumens.
I would rather have a removable battery as emergency lighting for various reasons including long-term storage. And I'm completely with you on the daily driver lights.
A couple of other reasons to go with lithium over alkaline batteries. Lithium batteries are lighter and don’t leak and corrode your flashlight. I realize one triple A battery doesn’t weigh much but if you carry several batteries to power multiple devices it can start to add up.
The Olight i3E eos is better than the more expensive Surefire titan. I dropped the titan only once from waist height and it went wonky and only turns on high now. Meanwhile the i3E has been bomb and scratch proof with every day use.
Have you checked out the X9R cell ? Yes it's extremely dim and limited in use, but it is the smallest light they make. It's so small it uses a pin cell battery. You should get one for the simple fact that it's cheap and it's cool because it's so small.
Somehow I missed out on the green and red Halloween special? It was sold out before the sale even started. Really lame in my opinion. they need to up their stock instead of giving them all to the TH-camrs and the guys with platinum memberships. All the same guys get the special edition lights every time due to 2 day early access. Unfair if you ask me
"sure it's made in America, but 14x the cost?" says the guy that happily spends $80 on a snap on light that's probably comparable to something that's $15. Can't tell if Olight sponsored this or Energizer XD
No Sponsor here. Basically I had to convince Olight that I could pull off a video about keychain lights which they often give away for pennies or even free. And in my past videos I've made it clear I am a fan of Energizer because too many Duracells have leaked all over my stuff. And the lithiums are my favorite. On the $80 Snap On light, I got it for more like $60 off the truck. And 60/15 is only 4 times too much that I paid.14 is more than an extra zero. Like a zero and a half.
I've been using olights since 2016 never had a problem with them great offerings and durable use them everyday in all kinds of different conditions, usually get these small ones for free, if he wants to make a video on a light he likes let him
@@lastbesttool mhmm, thats why other tool tubers (I guess thats a word now) are also putting out Olight videos, with unique links, with unique codes. But keep claiming it isn't sponsored.
@@Callelle6251 often times TH-camrs get the stuff sent for free, and it would be appreciated if they made a video, so it isn‘t sponsored per se. I think the people just want to speak about them in a positive way, because they are given them for free. And some of the lights are probably bought with own money, and personal experience could be genuine.
The best flashlight in the world is the one you have with you when you need it. Your video here is more evidence of that.
I wear an iXV around my neck daily, it’s one of my most used Olights. The O’bulb is up there too.

The iXV model's name is of roman numerals for Olights 15th anniversary.

Nice to see all different options next to each other. Great idea on the Exotac kit, I’ll be making one of those
Great little lights!
Keep up the good work, you make me spend more money 😊

Where do you pick up those S carabiners?
I got mine off the rack at Home Depot. But Amazon has them: amzn.to/3GQqKza
S carabiner link please.
It's very obvious where you're supposed to carry that thing. I'd prefer something designed for a pocket thanks.
