It just lights up one's life and brings such a bucketful of cheer...! Just radiates positivity all around. One can scarcely be more grateful for these educational assets. The entire production team deserves the highest applause. It's wonderfully videographed and scriptwritten, with not a single dull moment anywhere, while highlighting the key skills and techniques in its playfulness and totally uninterrupted engagement. That can only be produced with the utmost of care and attention to detail -- absolutely the antithesis of the 'sab chalta hai' that pervades our lives. Hi chef.. two things.. 1. Editor need not add the knife hitting the board artificially as in many videos it’s off.. 2. If u try and rub lemon on your knife blade then you won’t cry learned many years ago at my culinary school.. does work for me. Thank you again for keeping cooking alive.
