Being in your Sunday best and on time by 10 requires being up at 8am at least.... were up 7am and on time by 10am Easter Sunday and Christmas service. That's about it.
As someone who has been to both white churches and a black churches (but grew up in black churches) this is almost accurate. The white part is more youth group than adult service but having the black church start late and singing the same song for 10 minutes is spot on.

I attend a 'white church' every sunday and this actual does sound accurate. They all get all emotional on stage and speak really quiet and are always 30 minutes early and I can't tell you how many times I've heard the phrase "our lord is amazing" in church. This is just scarily accurate on my part
