Kendo-Guide.Com shares the knowledge of kendo with kendo beginners and the advanced. This video is sharing a method to shift your basic strike to more advanced strike. Many find hard to shift from nice and big strikes to nice and small strikes with good Ki Ken Tai Icchi. These kendo techniques are important for your future kendo improvement.

Bennett sensei is definitely a proud kiwi. he is sporting the kiwi fern embroidery on the koshi-ita of his hakama.

What's dojo is this?
I am instructing kendo and iaido (once a month) here at Mudokwan (8230 E. Washington St. Indianapolis, IN 46219). This dojo also has judo, jujutsu and kyudo.
