As usual great video. But you always mention Desi Khand as your preference. Desi Khand is quite expensive compared to sugar - more than twice the cost. Is there a difference in taste or alcohol content in using Desi Khand? I have always used regular white sugar and got excellent results.
My dear Desi khand is a Raw Sugar which has all the nutrients and on the other hand white sugar has sulphate not good for health and has no nutrients as well.
