    Thank you. I love both vegetables and use them as you describe and in stir fries and fried rices. I can never get enough choy sum.

    Your video is awesome! Thanks for going into details, I'm French and I always hesitate to buy Asian vegetables because I'm not sure how to cook them. Problem solved! I would love to see more videos about Asian ingredients.

    Thanks for the demonstrations. The finished articles look great. We don't tend to cook with bok choi or choi sum here, so it's always good to try something different, and they're full of nutrition.

    I 💙 ur recipes sir! Chinese food is my favorite types of food! I can't get enough of it. I also like recipes that have bok choy! Very delicious 😋 in stir fry!

    I love love love simple vegetable stir-fry and simple clear broth soup. So very comforting in the cold months of Colorado weather.

    Thank you KP. This is very helpful. Can the vegetarians add either tofu or mushrooms instead of meat in the last dish, the soup please?

      It should be fine to do that and use vegetable stock to make it vegetarian.

    Thank you for these 3 recipes; they looked very delicious and so simple! I'll make the stirfry now for dinner and tomorrow I'll make the soup; I already have all ingredients. Thanks again; you're the best👌 🙏

    Thank you. I like the small Bok Choy also. I’ll try making the soup sometime with ground chicken.

    Love this episode - realized I’ve been doing two things completely wrong! However, our family’s favorite Asian green is yu choy. Any special advice for this most tastiest of greens??

      @TasteofAsianFood  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      For yu choy, I suggest blanching the vegetables in a pot of
      water, added with salt and some oil. Then drain and arrange on a plate. Drizzle with some sauce (oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sesame oil, shallot oil, or their combination).
