One of my fav moments in a Marc-introduces-watch vid ever.
I have the Nordsø purple DLC, the dial is mesmerising. Also when I emailed them a question Henrik himself called me in the UK from Denmark, we ended up chatting watches for a good 20 minutes. A personal touch I have never experienced before, top bloke.

Placed an order on their official website 10 minutes after watching this video. Why did it take me so long? Because i couldn't decide on which colour i liked best.
Henry Archer nails the colour palette, they really know how to pick good hues.. and, at least the Akva that I have, has a great look and feel, wearing very nicely.
I have the Nordsø and the dimensions pretty much rock (the thinness really helps with a smaller wrist). I think these are a great range to complement your offerings so I hope they go well. Really like the abalone brookville too so look forward to seeing more of that.

I have an Akva and a nordso. Might be the best watches I have ever owned. The black (dlc coating) looks great and is amazingly durable.

@9:44 I used to think the 24 hr scale was useless too but it comes in handy to know if you're in am or pm when setting the quick date and other functions that you might not want to touch between 8 pm and 2 am so you don't damage anything. I guess it's more important with mechanical watches.
Henrik answered immediately and explained that akva was no longer available. Told me about the purple nordso. Awesome watch.
Nice additions to an already awesome store. Absolutely love their dials and accent minute hands. But to be honest, the Islander Brookville with the Ab dial steals the show!!!! Cheers.

Digging your watches! I just recent heard about them from a friend and was surprised to you are active on YT. I was looking for an automatic with a display back, and came across that mother of pearl one. That one instantly caught my eye and of course its not in stock lol. Can't wait to look through the rest or the watches.

I almost didn't recognize Marc in the thumbnail at that angle, he's like the Islander mother of pearl dial- different types of suave beauty shimmer depending on the angle.

Huge thumbs up for these. Very attractive, excellent size (IMO), and best of all, a totally clean dial. Any date complications would have detracted from the dial design so I'm glad they left them off. Cool watches.

I like the dual quick release. I just reattached my stock Samurai bracelet back on last night, I had fantasies about a quick release while I was trying to install it!, but I can see how it would make another step in solid end link and spring bar design.
I put my Seiko Samurai on an Islander Blue Elastic Woven Nylon Strap with Brushed Finish Steel Clasp #EWB-02-SS and absolutely love it. SOOOOO easy to wear and pairs well together
that sammy is hard to get on sometimes.

I like that baby blue and the quick release spring bar, on the fly micro adjustment really tick the box for me.

The Black AKVA appealed to me strongly. Wrist check ... #ISL-43. Purchased just over 2 years ago and I realised I hadn't gotten around to fine regulating it as yet. Currently have it at -1.1 to -1.0 secs/day so almost have it how I like it, which is in the positives under 2 sec/day.

Wow, love that purple. Still don't have a purple. Islander's was just too close in hue to the pink we already have, at least on screen. This is tempting. Not 100% on the Plain Jane bezel insert though.

Amazing designs. You didn't liked the chrono, but it is something in its colors and forms that made me want one... usually, I do not like chronos...

Is the polar dial a full lume dial? With the black markers and hands it looks like it should be but I did not see a lume picture of it on the website.

I have a Hank (but Nordlys not Nordsø) in my own possession, it runs +0/-4 seconds a day for me, but most of all, it is still the only Hank exist in Thailand

I took my glasses off to clean them when i heard you say, "it is a blue meteorite".
Im not generally a fan of meteorite, so instantly the first thing that popped into my head was, "ugh another meteorite dial watch..."
Then i put my glasses back on and looked at the phone, took one look and subconsciously started reaching for my wallet...

Nice watches i think they could have released one with 3 6 9 dial to complement the range.
The chronograph looks chunky even though it isn’t. Talk about a slab side case. Wish they would have made the divers w/ a 45mm lug to lug. Still going to pick one up even though I don’t like divers and the lug to lug is slightly to long.

The Nordso powder blue is very pretty, but the partly filled hands bother me. Why limit legibility for a doubtful aesthetic?

I've always thought these are terrific looking watches. My only misgiving is that the bezel should pretend a little more to be a dive watch. Still, I expect I'll have one some day.

Same for me. I've been eyeing these for a long time, but if you use your bezel to time things (like I do) you're kind of out of luck with the entire line. The Nordso is semi-usable, but not really.
Marc its nice all right but: there is an absolute plethora of divers watches (makes). How the various manufacturers or perhaps assemblers figure a business model long term is beyond me. Definitely time for different complications, ie tide time or barometer are two analogue challenges I can think of. Enough of stop watches allready......😊
