Last I read Mr. Anderson was raising goats in a small village in Scotland and using his money to improve the local area. As much as it is to the benefit of the audience, am somewhat sad he cannot live out peaceful days in simple pleasures, he's earned it. Thanks for posting, and thanks for the music Mr. Anderson.
I saw a program decades ago that he made a fortune with a trout farm in Ireland. I was at this concert, I think he just wants to Rock it. He had just gotten over Covid he said. The whole band was great ! 💞
@@victoriaallen1857 Thanks for that, I can imagine being so comfortable that it is as easy as getting up in the morning, and he is unique, so will be glad he can do it for fun and profit still, again we are the lucky ones. So cool you got to go, I saw him in the '70s.
@@sandsparYea I think he’s tried to retire but then misses it. After he did a song he said it came from an album in 2022, and one in 2023, which I didn’t know he did all these newer albums. He mentioned I believe 10, and 2013 so he had stories about all his songs. 💞
Thank you for the video. At yesterday's show in São Paulo, recording the performance wasn't allowed until the last song, 'Locomotive Breath.' I wanted to watch this version of 'Aqualung' again, and fortunately, I found it.
Bro… i saw Dave Mustane a few years ago in tampa and as a rock fan all i could do was appreciate his decrepit attempts at being a rock star. The fact is that no matter how old these people get or how lame you think their effort is THEY ARE FUCKIN ROCKSTARS 🎉❤🤘🏼😎🤘🏼❤🎉 And we are blessed with their existence.
Is it just me, or does it seem that when Ian sings, he is taking a breath every couple of seconds making the vocal lines choppy and interrupted in the middle of vocal ines. Wondering why that’s the case, since he can play the flute with fluid lines and not needing to take a breath ever second or two. It’s when singing that’s the issue.
Still good but years ago they had more edge, balls and energy. They're older, we're all older now so a more laid back approach can be expected. Aqualung will always a classic album!
@@GrimGames-sm7sg My grandfather, unlike Ian Anderson, has some integrity; so he isn't scamming people out of their hard-earned money by presenting a bullshit production like some punch-drunk boxer who should retired centuries ago !
The great Ian Anderson Aqualung never gets old!!!
Jethro Tull was part of the BEST days of my life and always will be ! Thank you .
Interesting version of Aqualung.Very refreshing.Nicely done.

@@Fran-ho7quThat's is True, the Voice is dead for many many Years. I am very sad.
Greetings from Berlin 👍🎸🥊🎶
Ian is Amazing, in all senses.
I love Jethro Tull❤
Nice to see this Mr. Still singing and flute playing.
And The bearded keyboard player is pretty cool. Still rocking!☆
Rock & Roll Never Dies!
David Letterman on keys that’s crazy

seen live in Rome.....for the third time....fantastic
He's a GD legend!!!
Al pasar de los años Mr. Anderson sigue con un concepto musical explendido e inigualable. Long life to Ian and his musical legacy.
Ich als langjähriger 70er...90er JT Fan OMG. Aber Hauptsache sein Halstuch sitzt korrekt. Weiteres ohne Worte...
To je prostě muzika jak na být
Před 3 dny byl v Praze koncert

Yo también ❤ Jethro Tull
I always felt that Tull and Kiss were very unique but from opposite ends of the musical spectrum in the 1970's.
Thanks Ian. But I'll remember the classic period of JT with the albums and classic live video .
This is very good
Where is the guitarist from the older days???? (The -new- Young one is a good guitarist too!)
damn! That's goood quality and Ian sounds good at 77.video is good. I Phone? Got more. something from the past 2 albums?

He has some sort of pulmonary embolism, he has no lung power anymore
Good quality footage, what did you use to film that ?
My Phone. Its a Google Pixel 6

Try a guest singer again. Damian Wilson perhaps?
Flute still at it's best, but his Voice is wrecked
How well can your grandfather sing after 90 minutes straight?
Weird since his songs are not really straining, he has gotten very stiff but I think it would be an easy fix
Cited:
Clearly his voice won't get any better, it's a miracle he still goes on.
@@simduino a shame, though I think there are ways he could better his situation vocally I understand why he thinks he's done as a singer

The guitar made this song and he has stripped the best parts out..
Never followed the formula..
