When the web shop had Dark Den masks for sale last year I bought one. Also I emailed Petco around November asking if they have some shirts in stock when it was December as I would see if I could afford to get a shirt for me and possibly two more as gifts for friends Christmas presents. I also said that, as soon as I can afford the money I will be patron.
Due to me being able to get some money from my country’s furlough system. I was back in work once the first lock down ended. But sorry for this long message it’s just that you always post a comment which helps this channel expand and enriches it for all of the people who love The Dark Den.
Anyway almost finished this essay. I was in a road traffic accident on my way home from work in August so now I am in a position that caused me to have to resign from my job and now it’s left me with injuries that will never heal and this is why I couldn’t afford to buy the shirts that I had asked Petco if he had some I could buy before Christmas. Also I said that hopefully in this new year then I will hopefully be able to become a patron. This is currently out of my affordability, due to having to wait for some disability allowance I have applied for. I’m looking into what I am able to do work wise but in this current world situation it’s difficult. Sorry for dumping that I don’t won’t simplify it was just, when I see you comment each time I feel happy that you support Petco.

@@werner1 Yeah, i've never minded his accent, always love how he pronounces some things differently as it adds to the whole. Just difficult at times when you're looking for a specific item and you aren't quite sure how it was pronounced to spell it correctly lol

It always makes me so nervous when you carry the enclosures stacked like that. You've done it for years, yet every time I worry, even though I know your a pro. 😆😁
I am probably the only person who got to tour Perko's den without knowing he had a youtube channel or actually knowing what he does.
The reason they are making the tunnels on top is cause they're in a stacked setting. So above them is always dark cause there's another container filled with substrate above them. Gives them the illusion they're in a tunnel.
Ye I know, but there's 50/50 chance the will do it on top if they have enough substrate to do them on bottom :D

Not sure why I even started watching these videos(ages ago now) since I am pretty terrified of spiders but now I cant get enough.They seem to be helping me overcome my fear though as instead of killing most spiders around the house I have been just moving them outside.I even left a small black house spider above our back door and was watching it grow!Was a bit sad when I came home from work and she was dinner for a daddy long legs =(
I realized the same thing! I wouldn’t say I’d want to own a tarantula myself because I’d still be paranoid but it’s so fun to watch them and realize that they’re not as scary as I used to think.

I got my first tarantulas and fed my sling for the first time!!
15:00 this is why we dont keep holding the near blind Ts food on our forceps😂 My huntsman used to love eating off forceps when he was a sling though (but he refuses to take easy kills anymore i have to release them in with him for him to eat now lol)

Your ground dwelling land starfish are cracking. :). I would like to offer a trick I learnt a long time ago while working with animalls that bit the tweezers. I would put a piece of shrinking tube from a fishing tackle shop or an electronic shop on the ends of my tweezers and shrink it. It stops the animals teeth or fangs from taking the impact of the tweezers without loosing controll of the food.
In college we used electronic tape but I dont like the idea of the glue.

Thought you'd video most of your feedings as they are so popular. Not sure if you used a tripod for feedings previously or if you just had a steadier hand. but lately your videos trigger my motion sickness.
i have an idea why your Cyriopagopus are not building tunnels as you wish. Because your housings are standing on eacher other the tarantula thinks that it is already underneath the earth. Maybe i try this trick for my next spiders
