- I need your help! My last practice is to do something fun every day and making sure I really make a point of enjoying my life. Bringing in more spontaneity and love and joy and fun into my life. I have started to do a list of fun things I can start to incorporate into my lifebut Ive got a bit of a blank!!! So I need your help I know that you have finely tuned intuition and you are wonderful, so please share with me the thoughts that come to your mind as youre watching this. Thanks a million.

yeah, sorry it was louder that I realised! I usually have the radio on full blast, so I thought this was just a little background music...my mike is obviously just too good. Ah, that's interesting! Balancing? I think I like 'replacing' better. Lol. I do most of the things I 'used to' love...that's why I need new ideas! x
