Hello thank you for this post I hope ur still being that wonderful self..easy to listen to very engaging.I think u would enjoy the work of bentinho massaro . I myself fluctuate between beliefs that we r co creators OR have no control except over how we interpret what is already happening.haha Matters not I guess only whatevers empowers u the most ,bringing u the most sense of wellbeing .every moment already seems to manifest all the growth I could ask for.

Thanks for the video. I also use Abraham Hicks meditation into the vortex. I just recently came into Carole Dore techniques and im doing the money sniffing and a few other techniques.

@aichausa Haha - I didn't ever get down to 100 items! I just used the idea to inspire me to clear out more and more stuff - I've still got way too much stuff, but I find it easier to clear things out now. Good luck with paring down your stuff - let me know how you get on! D.x

@Jihvagravasini I think most people struggle with this because we're so used to giving the reality we see preference over what we're creating, and so used to feeling the way our external life 'makes' us feel, instead of feeling great whatever is going on! Good luck with it! I see you loving your life right now as you move into the life you want. xx

I've been pretty much struggling with this issue lately. Cannot really combine the desire for a better life (visualization, prayer etc.) with the acceptance of the present moment . Looks like I am rather focused on the absence than on the fullness of what's here and now. ...it's a long journey... Thank you :)

Yeah, tried all that. This is really the only system that works. I'm a pretty heavy sleeper when I'm out cold. Although a cat throwing up anywhere in the house wakes me up instantly.

ugh. Not even loud and lively music? I guess that's the one good thing about being a light sleeper - the CD starting wakes me up. Although the music this morning was really mellow and quiet and I managed to sleep through the first half hour! Oops. Yep, days off are the best! x

Nope, doesn't work. Just becomes part of the dreamscape going on in my head as I sleep. There are many days however, when I wake up exactly 1 minute before my alarm is set to go off, so I turn it off, I'm already up. I much prefer days off when I don't need an alarm at all.

NO! Have you tried waking up to your favourite (lively) music? x

I not only have to have that awful beeping alarm, I have to put the alarm clock across the room so I physically have to get up and walk over to it to turn it off. Nasty, but, I wouldn't get up otherwise.

Brrrrrrrrrrr. You could give me the warmest clothes in the universe and I would still hate it. Give me flip flops and sunshine any day. x

I believe we are each other's angels and sometimes, out of the heap of shitty stupid awful things I've been told...I've also been told some wonderful things and truly met my angels. You know where they find the most diamonds don't you?
