I'm from Kuala Lumpur and will be riding back into Thailand, Cambodia and Lao.. but this time I will do the Pakse loop which I missed out last month and enter back into Thailand via Savannakhet

Google maps was confused as they re route the round around a quarry. I don't use Google maps while riding. I use road signs and ask the locals.. I call it people GPS

Hahahaha, yes I had that issue too at Kasi ended up riding straight and using the mountain pass with the trucks in to LuangPrabang
