I have a 21 Africa Twin, I've struggled getting Apply Car play to work. However, Alberto your work around opened the Apple Car Play, then opened google maps, abra cadabra Shazam, I see the map on the honda screen now. I don't need the audio in the headset, difficult to hear anyway. Hooray.....Not sure if I'll have any connection issues, but at least we're going in the right direction now. Edit: I also discovered the problem pairing Sena to the Honda screen, I wasn't following the directions, push for 10 seconds to reach proper pairing mode. I thought pairing was the same for all functions, I was wrong. I am a subrcriber now, you are the man !

Nice. I lived in Kampot right before covid hit and it doesn't seem to have changed too much thankfully. Kep was definitely busy w food stalls. The roads reminded me of Laos dusty and rough. 😊

Africa Twin 2024. This method still works. There is a caveat; it can stop working at times when starting the bike. The solution for me, switching to a different cable. I have two cables with me all the time. When the original cable stops working, I use the aftermarket one. Thank you for the video tutorial!!

When I had iphone 11, was using apple carplay with its own charging cable with this way which was perfect thanks to you. However, I upgraded my phone to 15promax and It didn’t work without headset. (There is no original apple cable for 15 which is type c to type a.) now idk how to use with this way

Google maps was confused as they re route the round around a quarry. I don't use Google maps while riding. I use road signs and ask the locals.. I call it people GPS

I just go to Laos from Chiang Kong and i pay only 102 bath for all. Last year from Nong Khai to Vientiane , ist 2500 bath

I rode that way south and then from the sabaidee guesthouse to takhek and Vientiane in a single day. Be sure to rinse your radiator fins from the backside to get all that fine dust out or risk overheating later. Ride safe.
