The true mark of an experienced traveler - you get very good at quickly finding the people who can get you to the resources you need. And for the most part, the people in random places are generally happy to share this knowledge with a visitor. Kudos to you Pavlin for a well-executed adventure ride :) In one of your videos years ago (been looking for it awhile) you had this pearl of wisdom about how people know exactly who you are and what you need when you show up on a dusty motorcycle with all your gear aboard - you are a traveler, and you want a place to stay, some food, a place to park the bike, knowledge about the area and what lies ahead on the road. And you don't even need a language in common. It is like how, for thousands of years, people have been traveling on horseback, and the people everywhere know how to help travelers.
Евала човече!!!! Това което ти направи си е направо подвиг. Всеки би минал тези километри, та и повече, но чисто сам на такъв дълъг път.... браво, свалям ти шапка!!! А и друго.... мотора е перфектен! Поздрави от София.
You were probably closer to the Northern islands of Japan than to even Vladivostok ! ...... three times less distance than to Moscow . Congrats again on your monumental trip !
Hello Pavlin, it was great to be able to follow you on your way to Magadan. What a trip! Meeting that other motorcyclist who gave you some valuable tips about where to go must have been one of those funny 'random' incidents that makes adventure riding a fantastic experience. And it's amazing what kind of spare parts can sometimes be unexpectedly found in the most remote places. Thanks for sharing this trip with us!
Thanks a lot for taking us to the Russian Far East. Very good editing and a good straight forward explaining style. Looking forward to the next episode. Stay safe.
Mission accomplished. I can imagine how you felt. Just great. I like the idea of visiting the museum and the gulag memorial. You had a lot of luck in this Episode, except for the bike shipping. Now I like Magadan too. A great adventure and one of the best videos that you filmed. I like it a lot. :) Take care Pavlin.
Very interesting journey. It’s a feast following you. Good guality and above all, content and information. That I can like. Looking forward to next episode. Would also like visiting Bulgaria some day.
price of the oil is only slightly higher than in Astralia great series of videos, very informative. love the scenery and your feedback on all the issues, decisions and how to travel safely and enjoy the ride. very grateful to your channel
It is interesting that “Maska Skorbi” in Magadan is one of the three monuments of the “Triangle of Sorrow”. The three monuments were to create a kind of geographical triangle with tops in the three main cities of the Gulag. The second monument was opened near the city of Yekaterinburg, almost a year after the author's death. The third monument was planned to be erected in the city of Vorkuta, but it was never realized. Another interesting fact - the TV tower you passed, located at the top of Magadan is the beginning of probably the longest street in the world. Its length is about 2000 kilometers (1,242 miles). It is called “Kolymskoye Shosse”, it starts at the very TV tower and ends near the city of Yakutsk. This street is also called “zero kilometer” because it is from there that the northernmost highway of Russia starts, and “zero” it is called because in the Soviet Union it was customary to count the beginning of the road from the main post office of the settlement, just about that place it was in Magadan. It is an unusual sensation to look at the places you visit every day through the eyes of another person. Thank you for the video, Thank you for your journey.
Magadan not really what I expected at all, as you say, although I bet it looks very different in winter. I did wonder if the Trans Siberian Railway would take you and bike together from Novosibursk to cut a bit of riding time down? Really interesting watch and probably the only way i will get to see Magadan. Thanks for sharing Ride safe 👍
I haven't been in Magadan, but I have traveled in Kamchatka, by Japanese 4x4 car with AC. Main roads are wide and straight, but mostly no asphalt. Other roads tough and very tough. On the main road big Kamaz trucks go with 80-90kmh constantly, it was hard to overtake them even with the car. With motorbike I guess one must be patient or lucky there. And oh my, the river crossings...All in all, Kamchatka is one of my favorite places on Earth, but I absolutely have no regrets for driving a car, walking, and flying a gyrocopter instead of riding a bike there.
Magadan is exactly what I was thinking. A big, chaoticly expanded, tasteless, dirty and falling appart city with very low quality of life, with some nice surroundings, and, for shure, some nice people. Your efforts to swim in the sea says everything. Garbage and dirt in the water... And, btw, at every spot you stopped there is garbage around, and signs of destruction. They destroy everything where they put their feet. This is russia.
the city is getting better from year to year tho. it's not falling apart either. the garbage is disposed. but it's grey for me. sub-arctic weather after all.
As always excellent episode, through adventures, real people, real life, no bullshits of these days influencers. Kudos
Thanks, man!

@@motorcycleadventureslive You are welcome. What about the South America? When do you plan to leave?
December this year.
@@motorcycleadventureslive I get it. Do you plan also one shorter before it?
Not! Might make some local rides but nothing serious.

The train is too complicated. Requires courier company, wooden box and a lot of time.
Herringbone Wood Floors in Museum!
Tremendous 😉

The Best Agenda Is To Modify Agenda When You Can
True

Good!
What did you mean - you had to get "there" TILL it got DARK ?? - It never gets really dark THERE, that time of year
Not true. It's get dark around 10p.m. Light nights finishes around 15 to 20th of July.

Interesting 🤔🤔🤔
Much Enjoyment 👍😎
Thanks for the visit!
Heck of a ride. Magdalan is big town on end of riad burmt the poet feeds it from all areas. Timing shame regarding visa to travel more.
Thanks for taking the time!
Тебе придётся вернуться назад, потому что ты не посетил вторую бухту Магадана ! На ней основная масса людей отдыхают, там находится этно парк ! 😁
Да, придётся!
Overland or overwater logistics ... that tire looks 100-0 ....
Good!
Why would you go to Magadan? Because is very dificult mister,..well.. I would too!
Why not?

Well...I have seen more garbage in Germany than I have seen in the whole of Russia, but this is your opinion, without having been in the country!

Most of the people cannot understand how far away this city is what it cost to keep it as it is!
привет из Магадана🤗
