I think what Paulette is saying "this is the guy, look... (look said while gesturing)" and after 'look' Paulette cuts herself off because Emmett looks towards her. I struggled a lot more with Elle's because of the shampoo bottle but it's I think it's along the lines of "oh my god" or "oh, come on" Elle also cuts herself off when Emmett looks back at Elle, so they're not full sentences anyway if that helps. You don't really see Emmett looking at them silently arguing because it's cropped out in this video, but in the proshot it's really obvious (which is about 55:13 - 55:17 (th-cam.com/video/RiX-EJA8n4w/w-d-xo.html) I provided the link to the proshot I was looking at for the timestamps, hope that helps :)
