I had to watch this video due to the title alone! Unless that's a little lake you're looking at, the rain has nothing to do with the tides. The high and low tides are caused by the sun and moon pulling the earth (and all the water on it) into an oval. For the most part, the high tide will be in the direction of the moon because the moon is pulling the water toward it causing a high tide. When the sun and moon are pulling in the same direction (or opposite directions) you'll see extreme tides. I love watching your videos. Keep recording!
Those crosswalks that are painted yellow, be very cautious of them in rain. They get extremely slick for bicycle tires. Those will make your front tire come out fast as ice will.
Rosie a tip for you if you don't know about this one. Take some tin foil and crumple it up a bit.. Spray some water on it then use it on your tire rims and Handlebars. Rub it over a small area on your aluminum rims or handlebars ans see how it polishes them up.
COOL RACK on the back! Also BTW, don't even worry about what other people might think, they don't know the whole story, besides, the squirrels need to hear your voice! And the tide has more to do with the moon cycle, you can go on internet and lookup the tide charts to show when they go up and down, it's like clockwork everyday. My stepdad is into boating in the Puget Sound, so back when I used to live there, I learned all about how the tide works since boaters time their cruises based on tides a lot... We used to park our boat in a harbor where the water would be too shallow at low tide, that the boat couldn't get out into the bay, so we could only plan our trips to leave at high tide, and then it would go low tide for the day, and then back to high tide by the time we got back in the late afternoon. www.tide-forecast.com/locations/Daytona-Beach-Shores-Sunglow-Pier-Florida/tides/latest
You DO realize that the comment about your bars and grips was an ocd joke right? Your bike is a "work in progress". It's YOUR bike. I'm waiting for you to put an old credit card in your spokes to get back that "Moto" sound. 😎
Great to see you enjoying your bike rain or shine YAY Rosie Girl ; )
Nice video, A little rain makes riding more fun sometimes.
