RGC is Efan Jones overlooked is criminal. They also have some good wingers and good young props although sale age grades and championship clubs seem to be coming in and taking them now.

Matt O'Brien is the only player in this list who made an impact in the league this season. Lloyd Ashley was a massive flop at Merthyr.
