- In this video i present you my build story of WR180X... all the parts in the video are from different websites!
The bike is still running and operating good for 5000km now, I haven't tested top speed because the engine needed to be prepared for that haha.
The bike has much more power and is at top so much quicker ( top being around 105km/hour for now) its expensive I know, but so much fun...

My friend sold me 200km driven arrow exhaust, malossi cylinderkit, stock cylinder head and forcemaster 2 for 400e. Best trade i have ever made ;)

Hi, I'm here with a question. I just bought myself 183cc malossi cylinder kit with malossi force 2 power commander whitch has 4 maps. I installed the kit with the commander and it doesn't run great at all. Well it runs pretty desent on neutrual but it could be much better. I've chosen the 2 map (0,1,(2),3) (modified exhaust system, malossi cylinder, original head, original camshaft and malossi air filter), I have every of those items except the sport's air filter, it's stock. What do you think I should do?
How many km's did you put on this kit and did it last?
Been debating on doing this to my wrr but tbh seems pointless, I may aswell buy a bigger bike or spend the time

Hey bro, i have a Fantic 125 and i ordered 178cc Uma racing kit with superhead pro, will my connecting rod and crank be fine if kept original?
nah mate XD.. I mean its a chance of luck but if yyou also have the head you make around 23HP thats way to much bro.
@@beervercammen What if i only put on the head on the original 125 cylinder?
BKF Moto then I suggest to only put on the 180cc because the bigger head won’t do jackshit to a normal 125 maybe 1-2 horses

@@bkfmoto2359 well definitely not worry free XD... it could break after 400km depends on how you treat it and the quality of the product, and there will always be a portion of luck. I did a 1000km break in period and changed the oil 5 times in that period on different intervals. that's the best advice I can give.

I’ve recently put a 180cc kit in mine. My timing seems off. What’s your position of the camshaft sprocket marker, is it left of the marker on the crankcase towards exhaust port?
it should be right in the middle man. you can check it at the bottom and up top it should all be aligned. It is not a easy job to do with no experience.
@@beervercammen I’ve removed the cam sprocket a few times now. The line doesn’t sit directly to the marking on the crankcase. It either sit towards exhaust side or towards injector side. I’ve set it slight towards the exhaust side and on the crank it’s on the second mark as the first is the firing mark if I’m correct? I’ve noticed it’s back firing out of the inlet on low revs every few seconds.

@@beervercammen I was wondering if you still have the map for the 180 kit and if you had it fine tuned. I’ve tried a few maps but don’t seem to be that great.
U have to retune the bike, its running way too lean without any adjustments
Hi mate, I have a WM racing 180 bore. Could I pair this with a mallossi cam or a top performance cam? Is the cam worth getting?
Hard to say man, it will up your performance, but I dont know by how much
@@beervercammen thanks for your reply I went with a uma racing camshaft and have a 45 pilot jet and a 135 main. It runs very well and is quick. It seems to really shine in the mid - top end now with everything combined

Tutorial to replace cam shaft Mine is broken? Malossi 180cc, does a tubing camshaft exist for Rieju MRT 125? Should be same engine
@@blazexiytb if it is the same engine then you can replace its… I don’t have video of it, but it is very easy if you have alle the right parts

@@beervercammen tbh I don’t know what tools to buy to split engine and build it back together
@@blazexiytb you dont have to split the engine for the camshaft haha, just take of the top little cover and the cam chain tensioner. make sure all is alligned an install back together, but as far as I can tell i woundnt suggest you do it by yourself haha

no not needed. but bigger bore would be good if the valves are open longer

Ik weet de top niet precies aangezien ik hem niet wil slopen, maar op de snelweg trekt hij zonder enige moeite en dan bedoel ik echt in enkele seconden naar 125/130 km/uur.
why did you invest so much money in a 125??
