Power supply Sept. update

Got the supply working again. Having some trouble with feedback, blowing up traces, wiring things backward, all that normal stuff. But she is back together and working.
Unfortunately now i have a new problem, I had to close the output loop with a 100 ohm resistor, which means current is always flowing in the ps. So I can't just measure across the Isense resistor now, I will have a false current reading, so it looks like i get to include a shunt for the meter.
I also need to disconnect the output of the supply from the terminals when the supply shuts off so it doesn't discharge into the test article when it's not supposed to, which is a whole another thing now.
