My wife demised in the year April 2022 due to carona.I applied for family certificate in MRO office they issued me family certificate which I can use only for bank related issues.I can not use the issued family certificate for land and property.I applied for legal heir certificate in court with all the required documents.since Two years I am attending the court until now I am attending the court on every date given by the court. as per the court given dates Iam attending the court every month.because of the delay in getting the legal heir we are facing lot of dispute and arising lot of problems in our family.even after providing all required documents I am not able to get legal heir certificate.
