Clerics and favored souls get mass heal. Remember you took it on your FVS and then tried to use it but it takes so long to cast you replaced it after the Borderlands massacre. Gluebomb is very nice but you do not need to lead with it. you can just start with the negative AoE and if there are too many still living you can use glue. This way you save up on SP and keep the orange reaction state. Altho the Green reaction state increases negative damage (and positive) you do not have another inflict potion from the tree or as a spell memorized.
Borderlands massacre? That's kind of a rite of passage for all Purple lives it seems sigh, but now you mention it yes i do remember - very long cast time and with him usually alone it made little sense to keep it slotted. Duly noted re bomb, though i will place less emphasis on reaction state this time around. Last time from memory i was obsessive about staying in orange - iirc it meant significantly more then than it does now - to the extent that i shunned excellent spells like glue and frog to maintain that state. That's nice to know re green - and if i remember right purple is a more defensive one. My prefered defence is when the opponents either cannot move or are dead :)
AoE is helping a lot. IIRC there is a fellow on a roof top (reachable by jumping) in 3BC that will bestow 1 hr water breathing for free. Neg energy heals undead, it's not good to be death auraing around enemy undead, either. Thanks for the upload!
Noted with thanks re water breathing. I'm lucky with the alch neg energy SLA in that it simply will not cast vs enemy undead so all i get is a wasted key press rather than full aoe heal for the opponents :)

You can walk back up there, one side has the stairs to the bottom and the other has the stairs up to the top where the bridge is.
Noted with thanks matey - i think i'd gone on long enough there anyway but was sad to end with a head hanging moment like that :)
@@airedaleone5542 All good. The 'cheese' end fight was instructive. I've been overwhelmed a few times in that spot.
