Its also not constant product placement which is a welcome relief. Ive started falling out of my fandom for a certain Australian 4wd show because it is now 70% product placement and 30% driving.

good video, I hope you guys returned the boat to where you found it. Its common practice to leave boats and canoes at remote locations so people can use them and return them to where they are stored
It was great to watch you guys cross during the day from the other side. Would have been awesome if you guys had crossed with us the night before. We were definitely the first this year as the cutting on the other side was relentless at night.
Yeah I wanted to cross at night for the fun, but ultimately we decided to wait for daylight for better footage. That whole section before the river and after the river definitely hasn't been driven this year. We found a cabin up by Kluskoil with a logbook, and the guy said on the 17th of Aug he went in from the same point as us and spent 9 hours sawing to get to Kluskoil. Bless that man.

This brings back so many memories of our trip a few years back! 6 vehicles = 7 people - 6 guys (one with a broken arm and only three of the guys knew each other, the rest all strangers) and a lone female, and said female would love to do this trip again!
The way you vlog, edit and provide the footage that you have I can't understand why anyone would dislike what you create. Your truly talented and the rigs are amazing. The adventures are amazing.

I like the shot quality and production level...feels much like X-Overland...but they got kinda big time and just, idk...feel like they lost connection. Viewers all demanded more "local" coverage of US based locations and trails, but they felt it just didn't align with their goals. A channel like this could easily fill that void and meet demand.
Am tellin' you what, a piece of history like where Mackenzie trekked is Huge and it's a two rut road at best! Anything comparable history-wise in the US this would be at least a four-lane hwy with a motel and/or souvenir shop slash gas station at every other exit. Instead its four weekenders pushing back tree limbs and drowning in swamp water. Still some of the most beautiful country I've seen in any vlog!

Nice footage. Haven't seen any footage of that trail since 2015 ish. Expedition overland did that trail. You guys seemed to capture more of it. Awesome job. May have to start adding parts to the truck so i can do it someday.

Just found this video, my Great, Great,Great ,Grandfather Jacques Beauchamp was a French Voyager on the original trip, he was from Montreal area. He is mentioned in Mackenzie s log book. Can't wait to see more. Denis Beauchamp

Chainsaw gangs hard at work literally. Thanks to everyone involved otherwise Mother Nature reclaims history of the trail way too fast

Nice video. This trail is on my list for sure. Some times I cringe when I see a you tube channel talking about certain trails for fear they'll see to much traffic and tore all to hell but this isn't one of those trails. I needs to be ridden and kept open. The logging/forrest fire really takes it's tole on the trail.

I've hiked about 5km of the Mackenzie Trail south of Vanderhoof. Lots of lakes nearby to fish in.

Cabins used to be owned by a lawyer from Prince George. Was camped there around 2001 and he arrived via float plane. Cool spot.
