We are cr1/cr2 too. We got approved last october 2023 we applied last dec 2022. And now we are documentarily qualified last april 25 2024. Now were waiting for the medical and Interview schedule. I hope it will happen soon

I just filed my wife’s case online with USCIS, a few days after filing under case processing time it showed 4 months until a decision, a month later it said 3 months until a decision. I uploaded more supporting documents and it went back to 4 months for a decision, a few days later the screen showed 3 months for a decision. Question, at any point in time did your screen ever say this? What did it show in the beginning? Did it ever show 4,3,2,1 months until a decision? We are completely confused considering I had three different attorneys tell me it will take at least one year to get past this part of the process and another year until we get her visa. Thank you 🙂 since USCIS put that processing time in their app my case was already 3 months so it started 8 months 7,6,5 and so on til 1 week, longer than expected and after 2 weeks like that it got approved. We waited for the approval in the USCIS for almost 1 year then it went to nvc after a few days and got DQ 2 weeks after submitting the documents but unfortunately manila us embassy didn't send an interview letter since June 2023 DQ so until now I'm still waiting for interview. Supposed to be over already last October or November if the us embassy in Manila used to follow their old process that after 3 months DQed they will automatically send an interview letter. I'm hoping this January they will. Good luck to both of you. Just be patient and your wife's turn of approval will come too. Not now but soon. 🙂

Yung mga evidence of your relationship sis like photos together and wedding pictures. Passport stamps, His airplane tickets and itinerary, hotel reservations. Chat and call logs together. Remittance, gifts. If merun kayong joint bank account, lease, properties together. Much better. If wala add kayo 3rd party affidavit statement of support . Petitioner birth certificate, marriage certificate. For beneficiary, wala Naman sis pero upload mo yung marriage certificate doon sa name changed if you're using your husband's last name. They won't send an approval letter through email but only in a mail to the petitioner address but both the beneficiary and petitioner will receive a welcome letter from NVC for the next step.

Pagkumuha ka Cenomar after marriage, Advisory of marriage na ibibigay sayo since kasal kana, Yun ang need iupload sa ceac after the approval of i130 sa USCIS.
If spousal visa, No need po kahit unemployed it's not a problem basta si petitioner sa US ay enough or above poverty yung income to support you sa AOS. It will be fine.

Hello sis. Dapat kung ano sa birth certificate nya yung middle name, Yun Ang sinunod nyo. Kasi sa US pwede sila mag imbento ng kahit anong middle name, di nila sinusunod sa mother maiden name nila di tulad dito sa atin. Bale yung second name yes yun ang middle name nila. If di pa napasa sa PSA yung marriage certificate pwede nyo ipa update sa lcr. Or better ask na lng sa kanila kung ano gagawin. Kasi baka magkaproblema sa immigration once mag process kayo ng visa bakit magkaiba yung name sa birth certificate at marriage certificate.

Hello po. About dun sa docs like proof of relationship, wla namang maximum kahit ilang page per pdf basta kasya sa 12mb. The more na page, malaki yung mb so pagkasyahin mo nlng kung ilan pwede. Yung 5 documents is maximum ng per upload. Kaso kung sa phone 1 per upload lng pwede.

The approval email will be sent going only to the petitionary or the beneficiary too?

Nun kinasal ba kayo ni hubby mo ano yung middle name ni hubby mo na nilagay sa marriage certificate nyo? Magkakaproblem po kaya kami kasi nilagay nun nagkasal samin ung middle name ni hubby ko is yung last name nun mother nya before marriage pero sa birth certificate nya wala sya middle name. Yung middle name nya is ung Michael na 2nd name dito sa atin. Pano po kaya yun? Maquestion po kaya yun sa embassy na iba yung nasa marriage certificate namin and birth cert nya? Thanks po.
Hello sis. Dapat kung ano sa birth certificate nya yung middle name, Yun Ang sinunod nyo. Kasi sa US pwede sila mag imbento ng kahit anong middle name, di nila sinusunod sa mother maiden name nila di tulad dito sa atin. Bale yung second name yes yun ang middle name nila.
If di pa napasa sa PSA yung marriage certificate pwede nyo ipa update sa lcr. Or better ask na lng sa kanila kung ano gagawin. Kasi baka magkaproblema sa immigration once mag process kayo ng visa bakit magkaiba yung name sa birth certificate at marriage certificate.

Hello po. About dun sa docs like proof of relationship, wla namang maximum kahit ilang page per pdf basta kasya sa 12mb. The more na page, malaki yung mb so pagkasyahin mo nlng kung ilan pwede. Yung 5 documents is maximum ng per upload. Kaso kung sa phone 1 per upload lng pwede.

Yes DQ since july 19.palagi kming ng eemail sa nvc nabma expedite dahil madami sakit ang husband ko at andito siya sa pinas hindi na siya safe mg flyback dahil may Dementia siya.Kayo dq kna ba ? May schedule kna ba ng interview?
Hirap na hirap yung nvc mag expedite kainis nagtry ako one time haha. Denied 😃.. DQ na din ako since July 6 kaso wala din interview. Naka stuck sa nvc Yung case. Aantay nlng talaga ako kung kelan mag mass expedite ulit. May Facebook gc kami na mga DQ. Baka gusto mo sumali

Yes but it didn't work for us because my husband submitted k3 after 3 moths awe filed the i130. Supposed to be within a month to have a high chance of success.
