Awesome adventure Jerry and Inga, could fully relate to this my next vid I had a very similar thing happen, I had a plan heading back in and the gold didn’t play ball like I was expecting. It’s funny how it has a mind of its own sometimes even when we know from experience where it should be.
Thanks Levi, some days are great and some are greater when your out looking for gold. You have been busy and on some amazing gold, my hat is off to you my friend.
😊😊😊😊😊😊
Up in Grizzly flats here.!
I was teaching my teenaged daughter how to pan, on the Yuba. I showed her a few times, using what I had classified into a 5 gallon bucket. Then let her give it a shot. I watched and was about to give her another pointer when she turned away and said "I GOT THIS, THIS".
A minute later she said, "Dad, what's that"? I looked, told her "gold, good job".
She was pretty excited.
I'm sure that made you feel good, I love getting my girls out to the river in the summer and watching then find gold!
Hey you both did the best you could . Thanks for the video.
Nice gold keep up the good work
Thank You For Sharing Jerry..... May Your Pans Always Be Heavy!
It’s a fun day out in nature, some nice flakes of gold were found, and with nearly 50k views in 3 days you’ll probably make as much money from the video as you did from the gold, if not more. Just make sure you’re holding some of this gold back for a rainy day because this stuff is about to get REAL EXPENSIVE 📈💰🥂
Nice work!
Nice AU, ... Heavy pans w/ golden smiles too Y'all.... Howdy from the Rogue Crew of Southern Oregon... Edit; your bar looks bent like mine...lol. Take care guys....
Hi Inga! Keep the guy safe and out of trouble, specially when he’s sniping in the water.
Always a joy to see you guys together.
I most definitely will! 😆
Great job all around fam. Keep on having fun getting that Au and living the dream. Gold Squad Out 🤠
Those pop-off slabs of bedrocks can reveal some good stuff like you did with yours! Very nice chunk.
Absolutely beautiful spot!! 💜⛏️
It really is!
Nice to see you back. Look at the water flow. From what see you are on the inside trun. Check across the creek to the left. Nice gold you got there tho
Nice work Jerry and Inga. That spot looks promising. The gold might have been just a few feet away. I always find the biggest pickers under the biggest rocks. Sometimes all the work pays out nicely, but you’ll never know unless you do the work.
Good gold hunting!
Be safe. Take care.
Another great video, Jerry, was nice hanging out on the river with the two of you. Thanks, brother!
Thanks Ed, Heavy pans to you and the gang!
I've been following you since you've started this journey. Very proud you what you've accomplished man. I've stopped my gold fever temporarily to raise a baby. I will get back to it soon. Hopefully run into you someday in our sierras. Keep it up. A true inspiration!
Take the wife and baby with you. Don't make the mistake I made. I tried to teach my sons all the things I learned in life but gave in to my wife far too much "for their safety" so they don't know diddly about prospecting.
I really appreciate the kind words, this comment means a lot to me thank you!
Great gold out there enjoyed the video 👊🏼
Looks like fun !!
Nice to see those boulders were holding some nice color bro!
Love the river in fall!
You and Inga are killin it !! Nice color for moving those boulders ✨🪨
I’m back in Hawaii for the winter but spring is right around the corner
Thank you brudda I miss the Minin Hawaiian I hope you and Jade are doing well. Looking forward to this season!
Scraping out cracks in rocks is sometimes more productive and less strenuous than spending hours shoveling. Nice video. 🇩🇪⚒👍🤠
Woo hoo, chimed in at 169. Lucky lottery. Hello Jerry & Inga. Thanks for letting us tag along. Beautiful place my friend 👌🤘🤟✌️😁👊
Right on Kirk, heavy pans bro!
Thanks for reminding me what it looks like in the fall haha not even close up here in British Columbia Canada 🥶
I have to say that that is one bent and banged up rock bar. Just think how many years that gold has been collecting there, just waiting for you and Ingrid to show up. Looks like fun.
1:15 Your banking on that bank to take you to the bank. Awesome videos and channel. I live vicariously through you. Keep on posting!
Golden adventure!! Thx Jerry & Inga!!
Awesome video, great gold! I gotta live vicariously through you two until spring time rolls around here in Idaho.
Nice Gold Jerry
Big rock's big Gold 🪙🪙🪙, Ingas your best nugget!
Good job your two. Enjoyed the video an y'all will find your nugget next time I feel it. Good luck
Great day playing at the creek.....
Good river, good gold, good Ingrid!!!
We need to get out and look for some of that gold. Break in our new machine:) Great video btw.
Not a bad days worth of gold 👍 Congrats to Inga’s first gold. Thanks for the video bro 🇺🇸👍⚒
Thank you!!!
Thanks Bro, getting decent gold each trip down there it's only a matter of time till we find a hot spot. Take care, 3%
Dude screw the gold inga is beauty and the real gold nugget
Go take 5 with your palm like you always do, 😂
@dismo021 don't be jealous that he can use 5. ✌️
Nice canyons!
beautiful land, beautiful river, beautiful gold, beautiful woman. you are a lucky man!
Indeed!
Amazing video!! Thanks for sharing!!
I just subscribed to your channel!!
Greetings from Greece!!
Thanks for the support!
Beautiful countryside even if you dont find gold it's a beautiful golden day out there
Wonder where you're at. I'm in Tuolumne but I don't pan. One of my coworkers does and he seems to find nice gold all throughout this county. Anyway, have fun you two.
Nevada county
Awesome video!!! Where is the location?
Thanks! This was filmed on the east fork of Notellum Creek
Inga is the gold ❤😊
It's fun watching but I'll deal with the fly poop that I get to get in my area because a little old secret is the Ohio has millions in flour gold I find pickers as well and I don't even have to drive 3,000 mi to go find it😅
Great to have another video to see how your doing and the au your finding
Thanks for the support!
Sand bars are almost always a good sign of a low-pressure zone when the water fell. Nice gold and good hunting.
Jerry, congratulations to you and Inga on your mountain retreat! db
Thanks! Hope you are doing well
I've heard at the base of trees where the roots are, can be a good spot to try.
Hey Inga, congratulations, you're a real prospector now. So, First thing that hits me is the moss in that spot, where the wire brush and the plastic tub to catch it really pays off, moss holds dirt, it's the dirt you want. Yes, it's been worked. except the moss. Nobody believes it's worth shaking, it's surprising what nature does.
Ola amigo apesar de pouco ouro, mas é gratificante o contato com a natureza, felicidades ao casal
😊🙏
I find the fine powdery stuff and you find alllll the chunkies! 😅 😘
Sounds like a plan lol, I can't wait for you to find a nice nuggie one day and really get the fever! Love you
@californiamotherlodeprospect I love you too! ❤️🔥
I worked as a Triple A towman for quite a few years and used an airbag shim for gaining entry into vehicles with keys locked in. I looked one up on Amazon that is supposedly good to 500lbs, wondering if something like that would help with exposing cracks and lifing up smaller boulders for access?
good california has the best gold❤👍👍
Oh. My. Days
Look at the area on Google maps and see if there are older maps to support the theory that it may have changed in the bend a few feet over time from where your working or across the river on the opposite side entirely.. good prospecting adventure..I enjoyed it I hope to see more.. happy hunting 😊
The firearm is to remind you be nice to Inga. And respectful. You two are awesome. Keep up the good work
That area may be an area where the river flowed at some point in the past. Using the Gaia app on phone you can overlay very old topo maps with current satellite maps and see the differences "location" and "elevations" of the flow changes over time.
more like this one please
California has the best gold but the worst policies. That gold is so pretty
You should be scrap8ng the dirt iff these rocks youre rolling. They will contain alot of fine gold 13:03
Would love to tag along sometime!!!
Great adventure!!! Looks like directly below Pops Shop, but CA has lots of spots with similar features. I’ve just got access to 66 acres on the lower Consumnes, I’d love to hear your thoughts about some features I’ve discovered, if you’d like to share
I'm further north but does look similar!
Geopolymer megalithic block work 😉
The more you show her the more we will watch :)
Cant complain with that. Have done much more work for far less gold. Good job..oh and thank you Ingrid 😊
You sure know how to get me to watch sir
Have you tried panning any of that moss? I know that moss can hold some good gold.
Moss,and also grass roots.
Your wise to keep a firearm out there for a multitude of reasons. Me and my good friend Adam almost got killed by a mother mountain lion. She meant business and ran us down for the better part of a mile. I've never been so scared in my life. I had a blackjack anaconda to Bowie knife. It gave me very little comfort even though it was 14 in long and razor sharp. I live in the San Fernando valley and this happened in on Melbourne Park just North of the 118 freeway. People around here give them nicknames and have love for them. 😡
Yes we found an mountain loin carcass on the trail down, I see them frequently on my cameras at the cabin and even with cubs. Two years ago. two grown men that were brothers actually were attacked about 30 miles south and one of them died unfortunately.
Call the doctor you gave me gold fever lol
Do you own the mineral rights on the properties you hunt gold at? Just curious, I only know of a handful of areas in California that allow public access for prospecting. Are there any maps you know of thats available to the general public?
It's private property
A warning, check first before digging or panning. People who own the mineral rights, sometimes check their claims daily, and sometimes they're not friendly, be forewarned...
Embrace the struggle !
В зелёном лотке золото лучше видно на чёрном много бликов хорошее спокойное видео
Bro brought gold to the gold mine!
Bring back MOUNTAIN MIKE.
I wish he would make it out more!
Diatas ada pasir besi & sedikit emas, jd digali sedikit, emas terkumpul dibawah pasir besi
Don’t forget to scrape the bottoms of those big rocks n boulders into you pan. Little stuff likes to get hung up in the mud n moss clinging to the bottoms😊. Looked pretty dry though. Guessing there wasn’t much clinging an crusted dirt
""FINALLY HAD A CHANCE TO CATCH THE MAAAANN-SUP-BIG-J-N-COMPANION""!!!🏆👑🤴🍾🥂🔥💯👍😎🍀""HOPE YOU AND ALL YOUR'S ARE WELL, JUST-KEEP-IT-PUSH-N, AND IF YOU EVER NEED A SOME MUSCLE TO SLANG THOSE ROCKS, GIVE ME A HOOT""!!! LOVE THE CONTENT BROTHER, AND AS ALWAYS ""HEAVY-PANS""!!! CHEERS 🍻 BRO, AMEN""!!!
Thanks for the love Patrick, heavy pans!
Take me too! Please
gold $2,869 oz.
$92.28 g. c'mon 7,000 g. 🤣😂🤣😂
3%🇺🇸. have a good day
Sooo, what's the make & model on that there firearm if I might ask?
Taurus 66, .357 mag . Cheap but effective and somewhat lightweight for a revolver. No sense in bringing out a nice pricey gun to get abused by these elements. This is my bush carry
Very nice... this is why I like to carry an electric come-along and a small motorcycle battery.... works great for moving boulders to heavy for human hands
you should collect all the moss it might be holding all the gold
We sampled the moss quite a bit, little to no gold unfortunately.
We sampled the moss quite a bit, little to no gold unfortunately.
viva igna
Were you at south fork of Stanislaus river?
No sir, further north
I see a canyon I’d like to explore 😮
Mighty fine beard sir
Between the two of them and that's what you focused on? What the hell is happening here
😂
Mighty fine ( . ) ( . ) sir
Thank you!
His beard is pretty epic tho @@donald2451
Get a comealong and move the big rocks
On the to do list for sure!
Would love to come out with you sometime, I'm a motherlode local, and member of Reinke.
What folks dont talk about is it take 100,000 of thos flake to make $100, fun hobby and a great workout.
i think its been gone over and other prospectors dont bother with them
The only kind of gold digger that is acceptable.
Aw geez man, get yourself a decent bar!
HAHA I know, this was a good one to bring down and leave there, to hike it out wouldn't be fun..
yeah i would probably miss a lot of gold with her helping
you should get some of those compression charges to move all those big boulders..would make life alot easier for you.
I almost dropped a lode watching some parts of your video.
You should get out more.
I also used to open Carry while gold panning till fishing game rolled on me 5 miles out in the middle of nowhere and and cuffed me, then spent the next two hours interrogating me with the same questions over and over and over. By the end of it I was told in California it’s only legal carry a pistol when you’re in the act of or on your way (walking to from car)to hunt or fish. Didn’t matter that they understood why I had a pistol on me, didn’t matter it was registered in my name. Only reason why I wasn’t taking jail according to them was because of how far the walk was back to their vehicle. I even asked them if I brought a fishing pole with me would it make a difference and they said no not in the circumstance I would put Whole down which means I’ve now changed what I’m doing. Big ordeal. They even messed with me on how much cons I had in my bag to take home trying to say it was to much as many times as they’ve seen me at another spot in Knights ferry that year that there’s no way and I was still under yearly weight limits. The other thing they tried to hit me hard on was my gold hog Gold pan the one that’s kind of like a high banker pan in one Gen1. Was quite the headache. Crazy part is it told me how I just kept it in my backpack where they couldn’t see it. It would’ve never even been an issue. They would’ve never even questioned it so that’s what I do now..
This is on private property so I am within my rights
Curious, Is this your claim/land?
Yes private property
It s so difficult to panned gold there…you have to get license and paid to panned an area…and paid fees…of course…
Not sure what you are referring to, no license needed only to be on public land that isn't claimed and open to mineral recovery.
How many clicked to see inga wearing an oversized shirt
👕😂😂😂
*crickets*
Thank you for watching! 😁
those are some impressive nuggets. every youtuber should spend the extra bucks to have some giant nuggets in their video
Better yet, go out and find them like I did...
Be honest, you have your own nuggets don't you? Bet you see them every time you look in the mirror getting in and out of the shower.
are these areas not claimed? In canada, anywhere there's gold, it's claimed.
It's private property
put your black sands in vinegar for a couple of days ?you never know
that green moss on them rocks will trap and hold fine gold, flour gold.
We sampled the moss quite a bit, little to no gold unfortunately.
