I recently got mine and I'm most pleased with it.
It’s heavy, the engraving on the case back is really sharp and in reality the golden sands face is sadly a lot less glamorous than the many amazing photos of this watch might lead you to believe.
As always, great video! I'll def be buying one of these.
If they change the logo to the new logo they put on the mechanical once, it would be perfect.
Great review of an excellent watch. I purchased this a while back and have been very pleased with it. Addiesdive make some really excellent watches with quality finishing and much cheaper than San Martin, etc.
The dial is too good.
just throw a brown leather strap, and you will fall in love again and again! Best 50 dolar spent!
I too am a big fan of Dune. I've ordered this same watch and also ordered a matching 19mm suede leather. I've searched for a while for the exact same color and sand texture for the strap to match the dial.
I'm still waiting for the delivery so I'm really hyped.

Unless you get a lemon and the AddiesDive store refuses to refund you or return it. They offered my buddy $25 to get it fixed here in the states. Hilarious
I dig their watches but some of these sellers need to stop being so cheap when they are selling thousands.
If you want full service don't buy a Chinese AliExpress watch it's like playing the lottery

Great dial, very decent bracelet for the money, but the crystal is total crap. I wear mine for a month or so it is already full of small scratches.

Waiting for mine to arrive and am quite excited. I am unsure of the 36mm size, I don't normally buy anything under 40mm as a rule. I can't wait to get a colour matched strap also, will ditch the stainless one as they are not practical for working, great for going out etc. I do hope there is a V2 of this watch where they can lose the 'Deepseahunter' on the front and the wp depth, it's not a diver so we don't need/care about that. Also maybe just use the Addiesdive name, or the Logo, but not both please. I have a few Addiesdive and SteelDive with these lazer etched backs, and they can be quite sharp, can take some wearing to smooth out the edges. So yeah, looking forward to it, but a v2 with less words and 38mm would be very welcome ;)

@@keyboard.grinder The fact that it is 36mm is not so bad as its got a small bezel. The watch face is quite nice, can be a little dark indoors. The Case is well finished and the strap is very comfortable. I do like 'no-date' automatics, so much easier to setup when they have stopped. The crystal is mineral, expected at this price though. Its a nice piece, not much to really dislike, if you like the styling, you will like watch I think.
Ruined by the brand name and the stupid model name. For a short period I had the 38mm automatic version, and it was incredible value. I picked it up new for £46 delivered from China

No, this watch is not changing anything. It may look nice, but the abysmal branding kills it (nonsense name, ugly logo, idiotic "diver's" and "deepseahunter").
What would you replace the wording with? Or would you get rid entirely?
On the dial: "Addiesdive" in cursive letters like they use on some other watches; "automatic" and "100m". On the caseback: just the specs, NO "diver's", preferably no logo - it's too complicated, like Steeldive's, and anyway it doesn't fit on this dress-y watch. It's quite easy i think. 🤷♂️
