The first time I saw this scene I couldn't stop laughing till I got the hiccups. It's hilarious how he went from a bible thumping prohi to a murderer at the blink of an eye. He murdered his partner in front of a pastor and dozens of parishioners, he shot the AUSA's boyfriend/subordinate when he made his escape, he pressed a hot iron on that dude's face for making fun of him and killed him and 2 other employees when they cornered him. I don't see why he was such a pussy though when it came to Capone or O'Banion. He wasn't an idiot, he knew about law enforcement tactics, he was a pretty big and strong person physically, he had no problem murdering people, and he ends up married to a Norwegian whore who doesn't respect him, fucks Eli, and bosses him around while he comes home with fresh bruises every day from Capone fucking with him.
"Why must it always be pandemonium?"
Greatest line in the series so far.
Haha yeah.i personally like his character more than i did it before.

"You know who you're robbing pal?"
"Peter, to pay Paul"
Hahahaha. Excellent show
That final line hallmarks the entire series. It just highlights the frustration the characters must feel by Season 5, at least the older characters.
I love how theatrical Van Alden was he was almost like a caricature but believable. Only Mr Shannon could pull it off in my opinion.
"What are you going to do, shoot me for mouthing off?"
"I wasn't going to but you talked me into it."
Well, that's a dynamic duo.
Maybe they should have just stopped talking after the first shot to the leg.
