  • I've had hundreds of small business clients over the years, and while many of them have been successful, some of them got stuck and never launched their business (much less make a profit). How can you avoid getting stuck so you launch your business and be one of the successful ones? In this video I go over 4 common ways new business owners get stuck, and how to avoid it.

Thank you so much for your content. It's been so educational and helpful for people like me who have the tools, dreams, and desire to start a business, but little knowledge in the legalities.

If I have two companies under 1 LLC , should I get 2 EINS and open separate business checking ?

    • @ElizabethPW

Just one EIN. You could have two different checking accounts if you want, but it is up to you.

hi, great content... If i form my LLC in California in November ,will the waive off of 800 dollars applicable only in 2021 or 2022 ?I have to pay in 2022? Thankyou

Hi - if you file it in Nov to be effective in Nov, the "free" year is 2021 so yes you'd need to pay in 2022. You could instead file it to be "effective" as of 1/1/22 to have 2022 be your "free" year.
