Yep you can use your real estate LLC to sell goods on amazon. You don't change the LLC -- you change other stuff like your business license, permits, etc.

I filed the LLC myself The LLC was approved 10/23 and I applied for EIN also. Do I need to open a bank account related to my business? I recommend www.uslegalforms.com/ to find forms for your LLC like a template operating agreement. Yes open a bank account for the LLC. Hm I don't know any brokers!
Hi Elizabeth! Love your channel. I started a new LLC and EIN for (what was supposed to be) a new independent contractor job (an assistant job for someone). This is in addition to two other jobs I have (one is a W-2 job, the other is an ebay store with a different EIN). The assistant/independent contractor job does not appear to be coming together now. Do I still have to file taxes for an LLC that was basically never used (no income at all)? I did open a business checking account with the LLC info. Thank you!

Just wondering since I’m deciding between Texas and Florida for forming an LLC (I have family members that can be my RA) and I sell services online that can be performed anywhere and I don’t live in the US and I’m not a US citizen. I see Texas is more expensive to file but I like that I don’t have to submit annual reports. Anything else I should be aware of to make an informed decision?? Thank you!!

You'd need to close the LLC and file the final tax returns (with zero's, it sounds like).

That all depends on local law, so look at your state / city / county to see if you need a business license or tax certificate
