Keep up the good work! I just saw your video where you explain the solo and LLC and you are amazing!! I will suscribe and Watch more of your videos! I am starting a used auto dealer but my stated requires me to have at least 100k in assists and I do have the cash but if I start as LLC I will have to live off on only what I make,,, and I wound be able to use my cash!! And I will be using some of my card as assets and it means I won’t be able to Sale my cash to get my cash back hu,,,,

Hello, I am building a tshirt brand in California. I am trying to figure out if I should start in etsy or shopify. Also if I want a LLC or sole. Do I have to register for DBA if I am just testing my idea. I just don't want to deal with all the paperwork to en up no going with my idea. Thank you.
If you are just testing an idea, I recommend etsy because they will handle more stuff for you (such as sales tax) versus shopify. Getting an LLC and such will add a bunch of expense, so only do that if you are risk adverse or need to protect your personal assets
@ElizabethPW if I go with shopify for a few months until I decide if I like it. Do I still need the DBA?

I've a issue actually I wrote my LLC name instead of my brand name Now I want to withdrawal my payment and will again resubmit the application qith correct name. But couldn't find the solution.
Can you elaborate the way how to withdrawal and resubmit the application?
I don't know of a way to withdraw and resubmit. For some things you can amend www.uspto.gov/trademarks/apply/miscellaneous-forms I don't think that would work for this but you could try it, considering it was a mistake
