सुनंदा पुष्कर केस में पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री शशि थरूर की जमानत को खारिज करने की मांग को लेकर वकील दीपक आनंद ने याचिका लगाई है, जिस पर मंगलवार को दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट में सुनवाई हुई. इस दौरान दिल्ली पुलिस ने सीलबंद लिफाफे में अपनी स्टेटस रिपोर्ट हाईकोर्ट को दी.
हाईकोर्ट में वकील दीपक आनंद की ओर से लगाई गई अर्जी में कहा गया कि शशि थरूर को पटियाला हाउस कोर्ट से मिली अग्रिम जमानत को तुरंत रद्द किया जाए. याचिकाकर्ता का कहना है कि इस मामले में बिना नियमित जमानत लिए अग्रिम जमानत दे दी गई. हालांकि कोर्ट में सुनवाई के दौरान दिल्ली पुलिस की तरफ से वकील दीपक आनंद की अर्जी पर यह सवाल उठाया गया कि उनका इस मामले में कोई लोकस नहीं बनता है. मामले में वो न तो पीड़ित पक्ष में से किसी का प्रतिनिधित्व करते हैं और न ही इस मामले में उनका शशि थरूर या सुनंदा पुष्कर से कोई संबंध है.

Why have you missed the fact that one of the postmortem report shows lot of beating marks on her body? She had many marks with blue and black on her body suggesting that some one had beaten her recently before her death. This fact would be court hearing.
As now the reason of telling the story is to get money from sashi tharoor....after getting the money the story is changed likewise ..all knows that how shashi tearoor murdered sunanda...money covers the real story of it.
She might be beaten before too,this doesn't make any sense..I too have many doubts ,but she might have committed suicide...
