John Barry & Cass Elliot - Monte Walsh Soundtrack (1970)

The complete soundtrack for the 1970 film "Monte Walsh". Not available on streaming nor ever released on vinyl back in the 70s, this film soundtrack has been lost to time to the public beyond those who managed to secure one of the 3,000 copies of the CD back in June of 1999. Luckily, I managed to find a rare copy online and decided I wanted to share it with everyone! My previous Cass Elliot video has done so well that I wanted to share even more with you all. Inside this film are SIX new versions of my favorite Cass Elliot single "The Good Times Are Coming".

- Monte Alone Version (an orchestral version with isolated Cass vocals)
- An instrumental version titled "That Old Box"
- End Title Version
- Extended Version
- Saloon Piano Version (titled The John Barry Saloon IV)
Because this album is not on any streaming platforms, I searched for a long time hoping that somebody had uploaded it online and unfortunately nobody had! Now that I own the album, I want to make sure that other fans of the film and soundtrack can hear it like I now can.

I wanted to make this album more accessible to everyone, so I decided to post it on my page. It's nowhere to be found online and was only released on CD in 1999 and limited to 3,000 copies. yes thats the time i got my cd of this john barry soundtrack met him in the april that year
a collector of his music since i was 12 now 62 he has been gone some 13 years now
still miss his new music coming out and getting excited waiting .
