Cass Elliot - The Good Times Are Coming (Extended Version)

This is the extended version of the Cass Elliot single for the film "Monte Walsh" (1970).
From the soundtrack CD booklet:
"This longer version of the title song was found on the master tapes to MONTE WALSH and was not heard in the film - although it was evidently edited down into the main and end title versions. It features a country/pop piano lead-in as well as an extra verse "You're gonna hear the table groan / We'll the pile the food so high/ There'll always be a drink around / In case a friend is dry."
This track is #22 on the official soundtrack.
