Thank you this video is very helpful. I am not having a problem with a spouse but my mother recently blamed me for a mistake that she thought was my fault and I thought was her fault. But this video helped me with a few things 1 like talking and settling things in the moment when the emtions are running high I forget that sometimes people and need space and only then can they talk about the problem. Number 2 I often try to tell people where they are off and I do it when they are already reacting and in a bad place and are already angry. I also need to learn not to be so stabby-stabby with my mouth and just keep quiet when II want to express myself and then I begin to rant. And then that breaks down communication entirely. I wanted to tell my mom again today about how wrong she was but after watching this video I am going to apologize for my part of the mistake and de-escalate the situation. So thank you again Christina Reynolds because if I had not watched your video I would have made another mistake and just added gasoline to the minor argument my mom and I had.

😥I identify with you CJ. Thanks for reminding me that I am not who I am accused of being. I don't have to live under that constant chipping away of who I am, my self worth. You are truly blessed to have a spouse who is humble enough, and smart enough to see things from your perspective.👍💜

Thank u for sharing ur experiences. I was starting to feel alone in this. glad others can relate. Im still going through taking the blame no matter what I say or do if my spouse retracts on a instant choice then i get rejected, when i try to give her comfort. it hurts a little feeling that and being told im rejecting her when im not at all.

You’re definitely not alone, we all go through this but it is definitely something that we can all work through in love and and good communication. Good luck!

I really appreciated the first point a lot. Not to identify with your spouses reaction but bbn taking an honest look at yourself to see if you were truly wrong in anything

Great video content! Sorry for the intrusion, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you ever tried - Renulian Staggering Removal (do a search on google)? It is a good one off product for understand your partner and take your relationship to the next level without the normal expense. Ive heard some decent things about it and my buddy at very last got great success with it.

What if they get upset for anything?
I didn’t respond to a statement text and he accused me of disappearing! I told him to call me because texting causes us drama and he refused to call and now mad that I didn’t respond further via text. I’m just so done with text. He stays upset for dayssssss. It’s becoming too much to handle and I can’t keep salvaging the relationship, it feels like a one way street.
I can’t do anything right. Things are great face to face but he gets jealous and anxious when we are apart and pushes me away.. strangest most difficult relationship I’ve ever been in. He’s 40 and I’m wondering if he has a mental illness that needs professional help. I’m just stuck.

I can’t explain reasons why I’m being the way I am he gets mad at me when I bring up something I don’t agree with

That’s really really hard. I think that when we’ve exhausted our own ways to get resolve in relationships it is sometimes time to bring in an objective mediator, like a counselor, who can help you both see each other’s side. I wish you both the best.

    • @princessshera9523

I need help. I can never find advice on this. This video kinda hits the area but my gf will say i blame her for everything but its stuff that she will do wrong so i basically call her out on it. I dont and try not to do it often im laidback and dont nag much if anything she nags
    For example (this didnt happen)
"Hey dont run in the house, after 3 to 4th time. I told you dont run in the house. Of course its my fault you blame me for everything."
    Then im just like what!?!?
Or ill try to explain how i feel about certain things in our relationship and she will take it negative and get upset and say its always my fault.
Im at the point where i tell her stop playing victim im not blaming you and it doesn't help.

Honestly though what if you do not want to add your spouse to your car insurance because they’ve had a suspended license and a bad driving history and they’re almost 40 years old. I and then they blame you for not wanting to add them to your already outstanding car insurance…

But how do you deal with it when your husband don't acknowledge anything here's my he said that I burp through the phone which I never did I said straight up I never did that here's what he says I self conscious did I don't know how to deal with him it's like today we are good by tomorrow it's back to square one

    • @christinareynoldsmusic

that's a really good question. every relationship is so different and not always easy to navigate. I've always found that creating a safe place to have open communication is really important, whether that's just with each other or with a counselor. there's no shame in getting counseling either!! so helpful!

How do you do it with kids. Can you give an example?

    • @christinareynoldsmusic
      @christinareynoldsmusic  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

Amber Ramos Amber Ramos great question!! If the kids are throwing a tantrum about something, we can usually ask questions like...”why do you feel this way? Has anything happened that makes what you’re feeling true? Now what do you know to be true?” Cj has a TON of examples that we can share in another video! But it works wonders, the kids usually end up laughing and the big tantrum gets de-escalated really quickly :)
