Why'd you have to go and make things so complicated? I see the way you're acting like you're somebody else. Gets me frustrated. Just admit that you love the videos I make, my dear ly
Katelyn, as someone who works in a paint store, I cannot stress enough how happy it makes me to see you label the paint cans you're leaving behind for the next home owner. It makes not only my job less stressful, but also the home owners. I can't accurately tell you how many people I have seen bring me paint cans they think belong to certain rooms only for them to not match anything in their house. Seeing you not only leaving behind paint cans, but also labeling them, makes me very happy and I can tell you that the next home owners will be very appreciative that you did this. Thank you.
at the very end when Joob jumped up on the windowsill I interpreted that as her saying "my catio should be right here. why is my catio not moved in yet. the ham wheel was moved in. where is my catio??"
Just wanted to let y’all know that as someone who has worked with a packing company, y’all did an amazing job of getting ready for them and making their job easy. So many people do not even think about what they want us to pack and what they don’t!
What I'm learning from all of the professionals in various fields Evan and Katelyn interacted with during this move is that Katelyn is very helpful and considerate. Labeling the pack, organizing what should and shouldn't be packed, and even the way they handled giving Joob a safe space in such a new environment. I think we all knew how kind these people were but seeing it played out so casually in action makes me very happy. I love casual kindness.
Seeing Joob's tail straight up in the air as she explored the new house was such a promising sign that she would adjust very well! I'm glad she took the move so well!
I've never seen screens like that before. I don't quite understand why you'd cover up the windows like that. Seems like it would just cut out a lot of light which here is a premium (we get more rain than sun).
@@AlexaFaie It's Texas. We get more than enough sun here, and bugs (mosquitoes & such) are a major issue. You basically gotta pick here between a house full of bugs, having screens on your windows, or committing to never, ever opening your windows...which considering how hot it gets here, being able to open the windows at night when it's cooler instead of just having the AC on 24/7 makes a big difference on electric bills. So most windows have screens like that on them here.
The best I could do when labeling was getting a little overly specific with which bookcases certain boxes came from (we have like 10 bookcases, all sorted) the rest just got labeled with what room they came from. I'm so picky that if i'd have tried to be that organized, it would have taken longer to make the list. We also started packing the minute we decided to start looking at houses, LOL!
I like to imagine that the new owners of your old house will stumble upon your channel one day and be like, " ... the hell did you guys do to my house?!" xD
I'm concerned that seeing the garage floor was still tacy, that the protective cover you put on it might stick when you go to pull it up. especially the areas with heavy items sitting on top. Best of luck guys.

favorite item on the to-do list: "replace mood ring toilet seat" 😂😂😂
haha, it was a to do list with some unique items
I adore how much they adore their cat it's PRECIOUS
I can tell that Joob is just like "what is this place?" When she walks through the empty house
I love seeing how efficient and organised these two are.
I like that they even decided to prioritize fixing and organising things for the future owners (like the spare paint and the window screen).
24:30 Evan keeping it real 😢 Man U got me teary eyed!
Katelyn, "We have documented so much of our memories of living in this house."
Me, "Like that time Evan fell through the ceiling!"
And there's the clip. 🤣
Glad Joob approves of the new house. Now to build her an even bigger catio!
I don't envy the whole process you've gone through but with Katelyns organizing and Evans brand of chaos, you got it done ❤
i hope for a new MASSIVE catio for the Jooober
Evan getting emotional at the end broke me. & then he just went right into Joob’s approval. I loved every second of this video 🥺❤️
