Been doing this ever since I came across this video. Simple, easy, and the chicken tastes awesome. I love how the pressure cooker makes it easy to eat and it comes out like slow cooked chicken that holds better moisture/flavor. Even when I heat my meals up, the chicken still holds moisture. Pressure cooker ftw haha, thanks John!

@Ahmad Zayn thanks so much for your reply. I found the site thru google and Im in the hacking process now. Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will reply here later with my results.
The best tasteful way is cooked in the oven. I dont use my oven in the summer. I'm going to try sautéing them in the instapot 3 at a time to get a little brown and then cook in my instapot. I believe he's more concerned about having chicken cooked quickly and often available for the protein.I did it this way it's easy but bland .
Another quick tip for easy shredding: if you have one of those hand mixers, push it down into the chicken and then use the pulse setting and you can pretty effortlessly shred however much chicken you have while it’s still in the instant pot in about 15 seconds.
Hey John, did you put any water at the bottom before you started cooking? Did you hit any button or setting at first or just put it to cook manually for 45mins? I'm gonna try this out tomorrow morning, thanks!
i know this is late but i did this yesterday and yes you need to have water or chicken broth, some kind of fluid otherwise you will get a "Food burnt" message on the LED display

From what I can see his using the stew/meat mode at normal temperature. I don’t own an IP so I don’t know if it’s similar to pressure cooking as chicken would be burned. The stew mode looks gentler than the pressure mode.

Hey, I bought one of these Instantpots because of you. Probably a stupid question, but when I grill chicken I usually slap some cooking oil over the surface of the chicken with some seasoning. You shouldn’t have to adjust the cooking time for more chicken, it will still cook through it just takes longer to reach pressure. I’ve used 15 minutes on almost every recipe no matter how many lbs I add.

It depends how you rinse. Don’t splash water on the meat, but put the meat in some water. This way no splashing, no contamination.
