Thank you so much! This video sheds light on a lot of difficulties I'm facing. I will definitely use some of these strategies for my struggles.
(Lol, you kinda gave me the green light about being OK with being a habitual "tardy-er" That has been my consolation in trying to deal with it.)
    Thanks again. 🙏🏽

Thank you!!! This kind of information is so important and so needed. Every school everywhere should have Executive Function Coaches on staff. Insurance should cover this type of help, which I know would help me, and probably many others, much more than clinical psychology in helping to become a successfully functioning person and drastically reducing stress and anxiety levels.

The video is super helpful. But even more so was the part where that lady jumped in, in the middle, and told the presenter to go back a few slides because the internet shut down, even though it didn't.
If it were me, it would have completely thrown me.
But the presenter handled it so easily.
So now I can see the difference between him being stronger on the executive functioning and me, really struggling with any form of interruption.
I'm glad I'm going to get diagnosed in December this year. I need it.

19:20 I need someone to program a chat gpt ai type app to help my family. Thank you for the validation. Its in incredibly hard to teach the skills to your children when both parents are still working at acquiring them for themselves. Add PTSD and it's a guilt/shame trap nightmare headtrip. Shout out to AANE! Thanks to all!
