I love these shows - I grew up traveling Canada every summer with my family - Falcon Lake was a stop I remember as well as a man in his sixties can - of a Teenage Me - whole family - I think we stayed 7 days, camping, swimming - fishing - you name it, I remember not wanting to leave - Thank you for these memories of favourite places around Canada. You should fly fish near Calgary on The Bow River!

If it were jay setting the hook that 13lb pike would have potentially been theirs!!! I’ve been there though, running around helping out the group fishing I don’t even fish much myself! Still the best time though 😂
I fish this Derby every year and catch something every time! Just wish it was 4hrs long instead of 3hrs!

I think fish/depth finders should be banned from derbys. I see people who use them go from hole to hole, dip them in and if nothing is there they go on to the next until they find one. THAT'S CHEATING.

that was funny when 5 minutes late you say "they still got gas..... I burned through all my batteries"
True but this is a way outside ask of a normal operation for an auger.
Guaranteed they had to fill the gas tanks on the gas augers a few times too.
