This was a beautiful landing. Enjoyed the land, city, and seascape. One of the best videos I've seen of a landing thus far. Thank you. That was awesome.

Im 72. Now its all jets. I fly often, but as a teen i had a window seat like this on a turbo prop lockheed electra to new york. Watching props turning for 3 hours is awsome. I now fly a cessna 152 the last 40 years. Flying a plane by youself is just magic😊
Just hearing those stories sounds lovely, im 27 and wished i could learn to fly ever since i was a kid, i wanna save some money and go to flight school one day. Hopefully it’s soon!
Magnifique descente, approche puis attérissage. On a pu voir la décéleration au moment de la descente en fixant bien le moteur, et à l'attérissage, observer les effets des inverseurs des poussées sur le moteur. Magnifique franchement.
This planet is amazing, we all may be depressed, angry people or just tunnel vision on our careers or just whatever, but we often forgot how amazing it is we even exist and this ROCK we live on. Look at that Ocean and the land it surrounds all over. Everything is just so amazing. and we have absolutely no idea why we are here. Or how we got here. Look at those clouds just floating beneath. It's too much. my mind can not handle it
Funny you say that. I was thinking the other day how amazing it is that, basically, we live on a giant blue rock floating in space. I mean, thank about that for a minute. It's kinda incredible and ridiculous at the same time.
Only a fool looks at the earth and says it’s all just by chance and no design, there are no coincidence, everything works perfectly to support human lives, it really is amazing

Anyone notice the Motorised Hanglider whizzing past? Best seen when it is over the sea at 8:03 . (You are looking at it from the side and from about 30 degrees above.) It seems to be going from left to right but that is a perspective effect caused by the airliner overtaking it going several hundred MPH faster. It is actually flying towards the left. It is quite close to the airliner (hence the apparent speed relative to the ground) and I doubt very much the hanglider pilot had permission to be there.
Hi Nicolas, how do you doing buddy? It really is a beautiful landing. ✈✈What I like most about your videos is that you take care of every detail with excellent shots. Congrats and thanks for sharing your journey. Greetings to Fanny and your beautiful baby. Take care of yourself.👋👋
What I found a surprise was the thinness of the tallest buildings of New York: they look like, is it stalagmites? Their tremendous height must make them look very thin, I guess, especially when they are viewed from a good distance. The skyline looks like a vision of the Emerald City in The Wizard Of Oz.
I wondered about that too, it's an object that is either flying or floating and does not look like a bird. There is altitude separation however, so maybe it's OK as long as the airliners stay higher.

WHAT was the "thing" that zoomed across the screen at ~8:02 and disappeared under the wing at ~8:05? It looked like a man in a jet pack, not a bird?! Whoa! I don't see a mention of it below. WEIRD!
Looking at the engine from this wvideo, I'm wondring if they could put grated shields over top of the engines to prevent bird strikes, like in So. Korea.
Nice view of Long Island, you flew over my hometown.

I'm not American, but even two decades on the NY skyline still looks weird and empty without the Twin Towers.

great Video. Always loves see Long Island from above. I was hoping to see my town from above. But, the path cross the island too far west.

What flew past at 8:02 ? Super video! Awesome! 😀
I noticed that too. It has the shape of a person. 👀
Very nice. What's that object floating in the air that goes by at time stamp starting 8:00?

Unidentified Flying Object.
What is the small flying object moving from left to right at very high speed ( 7:59 - 8:05 minute)? Let me know
I’m curious as well
If it was at night tho ❤
I have done this landing at night with a full moon. Spectacular!
Lindo voo, belo pouso, parabéns aos pilotos
Nice 👍
The blades seem turning slowly🤔
Спасибо за отличный полет..!
I was in this Flight ✈️ 👏👏👏👏
That was a great approach but New York isn't all that much these days so it's hard to be excited about arriving there for me:(
At 8:03 is that a large amount of ballons seen floating by?
Bela mensagem linda 👆👍🌹
I remember coming into NY not sure what airport. I could see other airplanes in the holding pattern.
take a look at eight minutes something crosses the screen a white dot very quickly from left to right?
What I found a surprise was the thinness of the tallest buildings of New York: they look like, is it stalagmites? Their tremendous height must make them look very thin, I guess, especially when they are viewed from a good distance. The skyline looks like a vision of the Emerald City in The Wizard Of Oz.
08:03 proponuję zwolnic prędkość filmu do 0:25 . Z lewej strony obiekt, no właśnie , czy wy też to widzicie ?
Flying 🎈🎈🎈 at 8:02!🤣🤣🤣
Is that a balloon that enters the frame from the left at around 8.01 ? It's very close.
I wondered about that too, it's an object that is either flying or floating and does not look like a bird. There is altitude separation however, so maybe it's OK as long as the airliners stay higher.
I'm pretty sure it's a bunch of balloons
