I can really recommend Mous phone cases. They’re a tad expensive but they saved my phone from what could’ve been lethal drops 😅 Also, they have some really nice style options!
I really have to give an honest shoutout to Mous. Their case has protected my iPhone 13 from some serious freaking shit for damn near 3 years now, and it’s still looking crazy good. The only downsides are the price, which considering the protection I think is justified, and the fact that they barely make any Samsung cases.
Watching this on an iPhone 13 Mini with a Spigen screen protector and a Smartish Gripzilla case 👀 Both I have had for a year and my phone has not got a single crack or scratch (and boy I’ve dropped it far too many times to count). Well worth the money.
If I had to recommend a phone case, it would 100% be Otterbox Defender. My dad is a construction worker/handyman whose phone is often subjected to extreme conditions, and he has not had one break yet, thanks to Otterbox. True story: he once accidentally dropped his phone while out hiking and ended up driving over it twice in a ditch before he found it. It was perfectly fine (thank God!), and the only sustained damage was to the unprotected thumbprint sensor.
My dad has an otterbox defender on his iPhone 13 Pro Max. He has to use it for work, he installs sheet metal for HVAC units so he’s constantly dropping his phone from the tops of ladders and crawl spaces. Hasn’t broken since, only had to replace screen protectors.
ya that case is really good. this is a me problem not even the phone case problem, but the only thing that makes it not a first pick for me is how thick it is. i have really small hands & while the defender cases are very protective, they just made my phones an inconvenience to hold or do anything on it without two hands
I use neither, just my 11pro in the raw and besides some scratches both glass sides are still great. The stainless steel frame did wonders and has some charisma:)
i stand by the fact the the $20 body glove case from walmart is the best thing on the market. i’ve just bought another since upgrading phones and it’s fantastic. screen protector included and all weather proof. also covers the cameras and cover for the charging port. the entire phone is enclosed. my phone has flown out of my pocket skateboarding at pretty high speeds and has gone skipping across the ground honestly too many times. this thing has held up beautifully with on minor scratches to the corners. two years and never replaced it and now running it again with the new phone
So instead of cleaning the glass front…once you take off the factory seal, just apply the screen protector then. No need to clean or remove dust particles.
I will never get a screen protector unless it has the alignment tray again. I used to ruin so many protectors trying to align them correctly those things are so damn nice even if they are a bit wasteful with the single use plastic 😅
highly recommend body glove tidal cases too. ~$20, waterproof and drop proof. i know companies like to throw around the ladder, but i had one on my iphone 11 for the entire duration of owning it and while having the occasional drop and kick it into the wall moments, never broke once.
@@gauravchalke8992those are not good with protection tbh, i bought $18 spigen cover from amazon and it literally saved my phone when i dropped it on a highway.
Glass screen protectors aren't hard to install. I buy a 3 pack for 9 dollars without the stupid align thing. Just make sure there's no dust, align protector within the edges of your phone case (the raised edges) not hard yall.
The only phone case that I’ll spend a decent amount of money on is OtterBox because if you chip it or scratch it or break it or anything, they will replace it for free.
I went through many different screen protectors, and the brand that you’ve shown is really the best. Perfectly fitted glass, with super easy installation. The price is also great. i will buy my next one from Spigen too
Just get an Otterbox. The defender line is extremely rugged, has a screen protector (mine does anyway 8+,) and I’m pretty sure they still have the “your phone breaks in our case we will replace it” guarantee.
In my country we have a store called glitter that primarily sells cheap jewelry and accessories, but they also have fairly affordable phone cases and I’ve been using one of their cases on my current phone for just over a year and it’s still going strong. I’ve dropped my phone straight onto an icy road once and my cheap phone case protected my phone well. I just ordered a new iPhone so I needed a new case too so this time around I ordered from a brand called ideal of Sweden because my sister likes their cases. I bought one on sale for 70% off making it quite cheap. I don’t feel the need to spend loads on a phone case. Cheaper ones usually work just fine in my opinion and I very rarely drop my phone anyways and always take good care of it so I see no point in buying an expensive case.
All I’m saying is I’ve only ever bought my screen protectors at dollar tree and five below and they have never once failed me. They’re just as thick as the more expensive ones and hold up so well.
Liquid glass is really good too depending on the company. And I agree with the price of cases. I got my otter box for my 12 pro max on sale for 35 bucks and it feels just as safe as the free one that was bundled in with my phone when I bought it
I love those spigen protectors and always get them but case wise I bought a mous case and I don’t think I can ever go back, no other case ive found feels this premium and so well thought out and protective

You really haven’t needed a screen protector for the last several years if you have a new phone. The glass is incredibly strong and resilient. I drop my phone constantly and haven’t had a a single scratch since a few iPhone generations ago.
I've seen the JRE scratch test, and it's gotten to a point that it barely scratches at 6 or 7 on the mohs scale. That's harder than most screens. I just use one for peace of mind and they're only 5-6 dollars anyways.
I haven’t had a screen protector in yearsss. Some scratches but it never cracks when I drop it. And I SHOULD have a phone case on. But I like the sleekness. Haven’t cracked it yet lol

Smartish cases have been my go to for my last 3 phones over the last 7 years. I like their cases with slots in the back for credit cards. Plus they are unobtrusive. I haven’t cracked or damaged my phone with one in all that time nor needed to replace any of them for the life of my phones.
Love the Spigen GLAS’tR, but ESR is now offering an identical system with 3 protectors for significantly less, so that is my new go-to screen protector. And the Unicorn Beetle Pro cases from Supcase are hands down my favorite phone case. They are as close to indestructible as it’s possible to be, come in very nice colors, and are still only around $20-$25US.
clear cases are a hit or miss sometimes. i bought one from amazon that claimed it doesn't yellow or they describe the case with anti yellow properties .. yet the case still yellows lol. i got a refund and a replacement for free
I have never once used a screen protector in my 10+ years having iPhones and never needed one. Cases can work just fine alone. I don’t even use a case these days tho
NGL I don't like Spigen implementation. Because of how it's designed there is usually dust on the plastic mold holding the glass itself and it's super common to get dust under it. I much prefer ones that come with a edge installer and then you put the glass down in the trey. Funny part is they are usually cheaper and it's far easier to avoid dust and installation is easier.
For everyone: if you want your phone to be in a case forever and still leave the phone undamaged at the end - you need a case with a fabric lining; otherwise the harder materials like rubber and silicone will slowly rub the glass on the back, over years, and leave tiny holes of permanent damage all over the back glass and side metals. Using a case with a fabric lining stops the friction and causes no damage at all (I’ve learnt this through experience of having the same phone for 4 years, getting damaged with case on, and the same phone for 6 years with no damage because of the lining. You’re welcome 👍
The type of brand I use is otter box it has a lifetime warranty, fingergroves, rubber outside plastic inside, charger plugin cover, and has multiple covers pretty cool
I have dropped an Otterbox phone case from two stories before, and the phone and case survived (I now have a pop socket, it’s saved me from many drops)
Tip: Don't use the plastic thingies to get rid of the bubbles, they are 100% useless and are likely to scratch your screen if you apply a lot of pressure. Just wait for up to 2 days and the bubbles will disappear on their own. If you really need to move the bubbles to the edges of the screen, use your fingers, not some bullshit tool.

I use Otter Box for my phone case! (I drop my phone a lot and my phone hasn’t had any scratches!)❤❤
Very time I buy a new phone I buy a Matte screen protector as I hate the mirrored ones and screen reflection
i got the same screen protectors but the privacy ones, installation was so easy and it looks so good. couldn’t recommend spigen more
the pink phone is so cuteee but I got white instead bc I didn’t think pink would go with everything
Loopy cases will always be superior for me, total game changer especially if you have kids
I bought the Rockford case and tbh it’s the best if you are rough on your phones
I got anti yellow clear otter box case for $40 it’s saved me so many times from fattt drops
I have dropped an Otterbox phone case from two stories before, and the phone and case survived (I now have a pop socket, it’s saved me from many drops)
spigen is the best brand for screen protectors and phone cases 😎
THAT PINK ON THE 15 IS SO FUCKING GORGEOUS
I don’t use a screen protector or a case. I’ve dropped my phone a total of 2 times and has had not suffered any damage.
That case is only 20rmb in china(2.5usd), and the screen protector is around 20-40rmb(2.5-5 usd)
Mous cases are 10/10, I don’t mind spending $50 on a case for a phone im going to keep for 5+ years.
Seriously just ordered one for my iPhone 14PM. Sad they don't make one for the S23 Ultra (just the S23). Thanks for the link =)
The case is probably really good but I wouldn’t get one because in a few months it will be yellow
smartish version 1 wallet case with $9.99 3 pack screen and camera protectors (on amazon). can’t beat it
