A GA spec Suzuki vehicle meets the definition of very basic, you dont even get PDC but you do get basic aircon. Mazda as they have said on the show many times are underrated mainly because they dont seem to advertise much. My issue with them is that they are cramped and dont offer much boot space because of their curvy nature.
This show is due for an update in fresher, unbiased hosts. The guests are usually fine, however the "just buy a Suzuki/Toyota/Honda" rhetoric is stale.
I agree with you here not everyone will like a Honda and Suzuki at the end of the day they shouldn’t shy away from suggesting other good cars that are budget friendly and what people could also opt for

They wouldnt say it if it wasnt true. The majority of people that write in to the show have small to medium budgets and want to stretch their money to the fullest extent. Youre not getting that in a Merc, VW, Ford, Opel or BMW.

Its the best advice you can get. Dont beleive me, try get an insurance quote for a Toyota and Suzuki in the same class and see which is cheaper.

We really need a different intro and transition music, or none at all. Its so loud and obnoxious and its honestly very annoying.
