Corris Railway - 'The Falcons Will Fly' Steam Gala, 15th June 2024

Yesterday, I went to the Corris gala on my way back from (another) week volunteering at Talyllyn. It was a great day, meeting friends old and new, although the weather was a tad unpredictable!

Thanks! Shame you couldn't make it, but there'll be more! It was a busy day, especially the first couple of trains, but it quietened down after the first few.

Thanks! It was a great day, although the car ride home was exceedingly wet! The shot of 7 leaving Maespoth was the trip it failed on - I did think it sounded like it was working exceedingly hard, and clearly it was!
