Lec11 - Amino Acid Sequencing and the Edman Degradation

In this video we explain how the process of sequencing a peptide occurs. We first talk about full hydrolysis and chromatography, followed by reaction with ninhydrin for its detection. Then, we described how Edman was able to remove only one amino acid from the sequence at a time.
