Good for South Indian condition, Where as, the 0w30 and 5w30 both are (FULLY SYNTHETIC). Reason people use in new gen Diesel engine and Petrol engine is that, at the time of starting a car, the synthetic Engine Oil as it is very much close to free flowing, the oil quickly gets into the piston areas and then make the Engine start without much hassle or noice coming. Ina way synthetic Engine Oil is also used for high performance cars, the reason is as I said, to get the Oil Quickly To Pistons.
