It’s not RM’s voice and Jimin wrote the lyrics only. It’s pddog’s voice who is one of the producer of FACE album. The lyrics is so personal and emotional and heartwarming. I really love how Jimin cherish the relationship between ARMY and BTS. The best present for ARMYs before Christmas.

Jimin is the lyricist and composer of this song. Jimin has yet again dropped another banger. Just when you thought Jimin never cease to amaze us with his talent his love for Army and his genius mind. Jimin the best of the 7 always always gives us the best contents in this solo era. Thank you Jimin we love you ❤ and thank you for spoiling us

I'm not 100% sure, but it seems to me that Jimin's crying happened in Brazil. His throat hurt and Army sang his parts. I think it was during Truth Untold or House of Cards that he cried.
It not rm why some of you think members have to do anything with his music or song For years you all saying rm do that rm do this or jk now it v listen when he talk and jm was the one who always helped rm and sugar,,,even rm say if it wasn’t for jm it wouldn’t be a bts
The clips where Jimin is bent over crying are from the Love Yourself/Speak Yourself concert in Brazil in 2019. Jimin was very sick with a cough and very bad sore throat. The Brazilian Army were so good and loud at singing BTS's songs to BTS. The vocal line was singing The Truth Untold and several of the boys had at least one of their in-ears out to listen to Army singing. Jimin got very emotional, plus with not feeling well he started to cry and leaned down to try to compose himself. It ended up that JK sang Jimin's last lines as he was unable to. Love the brotherhood they have. Jimin got emotional and JK had his back. Also performing while sick is very difficult, so kudos to him for doing that at all
The voice you thought was RM is actually Pdogg. RM has no writing credit on this song. There are a number of people, but RM isn't one of them. Have you watched Jimin's Production Diary? You'll see how RM got credit if you watch it. You may be surprised with the involvement Jimin had/has on his music.

If you havent had a chance to watch it yet, i think you would very much so enjoy the Production Diary for Jimin's Face album. As someone who makes music and likes the behind the scenes of it, I think it would be something you greatly enjoy. Not saying you have to react to it. On or off camera, it seems like something you would like.
This song is for ARMY but it’s also a love song to the other members. Jimin has been very vocal about how he’s a member of a team, and he loves being that & his BTS brothers. He and Jungkook went into the military on the buddy system where they will be together thruout their terms of service.

Nope…..This was all Jimin and his general crew with a few outside people…..but Jimin has Writing, composing and maybe (?) producing💜.

From what has been reported in the past….Jimin was struggled with song writing….lyrics specifically because he actually helped in creating some of BTS most iconic melodies…..but he felt self-conscious writing lyrics. But because he admired and felt bad for his huangs that they bore the brunt of having to create their songs…..it pushed Jimin to put his fears aside and take charge of his own music and artistry…..and we can clearly see how successful he has been with FACE. This man will just keep moving up in the world of music and I couldn’t be prouder of him💜
This is such a heartfelt message to ARMY and Jimin's BTS brothers. Loved everything about this and, like how you said, this is not goodbye it's an intermission and they will be back in 2025. We will be waiting for our OT7 💜 They be giving us treats like this while we wait

Jimin was involved in writing this but RM was not. It was mostly in house writers.
Loved that vest as well as Big Hit Logo, and the ARMY Logo with the wings. Funny when you were talking about BTS and their relationship with their fans I was thinking of Doja Cat then you said it and I was like HAH. Love this song and the production but this song is full of hugs its like a hug centric song. That fits too since its known he is such a good hugger. When they were at the first AMAs 2017 and they waved and the crowd went crazy, they were so surprised, one of my favorite award videos, that was the bbmas 2017 the outfits you we4re looking at, the more casual outfits.
Jimin did a great job making an OT7 song.
I'm not implying anything worse about her than what she's said about her own fans lol. It sucks cause I actually think she makes good music but I can't stand how she treats the people who brake their backs to give her a career. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth

As Jimin FACE album production diary documentary showed, and now as well here, for this song that shows he apparently worked on also at producer Pdogg’s house, Jimin wrote the lyrics, composed most of the melodies, as well as was thoroughly involved in production for all songs! The first song on the album, a must to hear, ❣️“Face-Off”, absolute fire! As well as the song ❣️“Alone”, so deep, beautiful, & emotional, comes right after ❣️“Like Crazy”, which has a full English version as well, also a ‘hidden’ song❣️ “The Letter” (which Jimin wrote as a thank you to army), which can only be found on the physical album! But there is posted on YT a lyric vid for that as well. Last song spectacular ❣️“Set Me Free Pt.2”. The whole album, as Jimin has mentioned, is what he was trying to convey, pouring his heart out, his very essence, to show what he was going through, during pandemic, his emotions, thoughts, loneliness, despair, depression, that he hoped to share & have many able to relate to! Plus his voice is so beyond heavenly, stunningly beautiful, so eloquent, his ability to convey his feelings, emotions, what the lyrics are trying to say, his approach, the various tones that resonate, making you feel that much more what he’s feeling. What a phenomenal artist he is!
Jimin worked alongside BigHit legendary genius producer, as well as a couple of other producers, who also worked BTS on many of BTS songs in the past! Jimin & the others worked non stop to the point where Jimin even mentioned he pretty much lived at Pdogg’s house for 10 months, where there’s a production studio where they all worked, apparently Jimin’s new release, was also created there! It’s yet another equally so beautiful, sincere song meant as a gift for army, while they’re all away temporarily in the military.❣️“Closer than This” also created there as well as who knows what other songs Jimin was also working on when album was released, looking forward to even more content! 👍❤🔥🐥😍🔥🔥

Ohhhhh you want the details why He was crying and that was the Brazil concert I went to!
He was very sick and his voice/ throat was hurting a lot and that was during the Truth Untold performance. He could not sing it and JK was covering for him for some partes but when He saw us singing every Word of the song for him, he got really emotional. He addressed that after, on the second show and talked about on their movie about this tour (break the silence).
You would be at that show lol!!! Also I've heard Brazilian ARMY go hard so I'm not surprised you guys moved him.

Anyway, I was just speaking to other ARMY about how spoiled we are… our idols love us right. And give so much. I hate the term idol because it’s soo impersonal. I usually just say my boys (not trying to disrespect). But I’m proud of them for and happy they are getting to grow and be more than idols.
