Hey guys, thank you for checking out this video. In this video, we will be taking a close look at this $400 Ferragamo Varina Ballet shoes that I purchased on ebay for a friend. I am extremely confused and feel cheated because this pair of shoes, while it is really close to the original, is likely to be a fake.
The ebay listing sold it at $400 brand new, and while the shoe itself was of good quality, minor details around the packaging, the shoe size didn't seem to match up. Either way, this pair of shoes is highly suspect and we'll be getting a refund on ebay. It is absolutely wrong to list fake products as authentic.
Honestly we wouldn't have suspected the shoes to be fake if it wasn't for us to have the real pair of shoes beside us and have a side by side comparison. It is a really good copy to the point you think all the differences could be just some manufacturing differences, but I don't think they are

The Varina flats that I bought from Singapore’s ferragamo stores does have the size stamped on the soles of the flats.
Joanne Huang Actually, you are right, i havent updated the description, but I did realize the only difference with the authentic is the size of the logo and the sizing.

I went to a US Ferragamo shoe store and the Varina flats did not havethe size stamped. But other styles of shoes in the same store had the size stamped. What did the real Ferragamo store say? Are your friend's shoes real or fake?
Hi, I bought my ferragamo gancini flats in an actual Salvatore Ferragamo store in Spain, and the number sizing is underneath, just like the black ones. But the sizing shouldn't be different like 8D to 10D. That is a red flag. I know this video was done a year ago, so what was the outcome of your investigation, was it a real or a fake?
I found 2 pair in the thrift store yesterday. It has "3822 6 b sd c 04" stamped under on it. Anyway you can explain it? Is the "6" the size?
Sizes like 8 and 10 vary from country to country. The only universal standard are the Euro sizes - e.g., 38, 40. So, I wonder if that is why the 8 and 10 vary.
they didnt came up with dust bag ? i mean the original dust bag with ferragamo logo, not like those cheap thin one.
Thats a tough one to call. I'm surprised that Ferragamo would stamp size on one sole and not another regardless if they made one color in one country and another someplace else. I'd think they would have better quality control than than that. I'd say the same on the logo. Just seems odd. Chinese are great at knocking stuff off. Hope they are not fakes but my guess is they are.

Ferragamo's s are my real only 1/2 size smaller because they go with the European sizing chart. You definitely gota counterfeit.
