In Norway it's different. Everything below 50ccm are mopeds or scooters, 125ccm and above are motorcycles.

@kurosaki0001000 everything beneath 50cc counts as a moped, so its not a "50 cc motrocycle"
@kelttoo oh yeah your right the aprilia is really pretty bad (rs50)
but the 125 ones are not that bad
@kelttoo i like that kind of moped because if you put one unthrottle it then it goes much better than other mopeds and you are not bored at driving the moped. :D
those dirt bikes are adorable.
well it is a 50cc and it gose about 60mph which is pretty good considering the size of it

@kelttoo you mean buy?? law restrictions :/ down here in croatia you can get a license for 50cc moped when you're 16, 35kw max when you're 18 and you can ride anything when you're 24 [or have 3 years of experience]

@kelttoo some can actually do about 130km/h but you are not allowed to drive more than 80km/h (in germany, with 16 years)
