@JBBRAD9267 That's what I have done, but now I'm stuck with 3 brand new engines I paid for that I can't even give away. 5/8 shaft engines don't work on most power equipment and it's not worth changing cranks on them. I have Tillotson R engines on my bikes now with torque converters and juggernaut drivers.

Remember kids, remove the clutch, install a torque converter, 60 tooth sprocket on the back, #40 chain, stage 2 kit the engine, remove the throttle screw stop and you can get it to adult speeds.

I have the b200RSV and it states that it goes 34 mph stock, but I’ve tested it with multiple speed apps and even a bike speedometer and they all say the same speed which is a whopping 41 MPH. So the Coleman B200RSV is actually the fastest mini bike you all produce. I have done nothing to it, not even zip tying the governor spring. It’s super comfortable, probably the most comfortable mini bike I’ve ever placed my tooshy on. The front and rear suspension is a really nice touch. The only issues are that the engine cradle bushings should have been made with metal instead of that cheap rubber, and the torque converter isn’t very good, but there’s so many torque converters that you can replace/upgrade to and so easily. The bushings are now available from a guy named red beard from Red beard’s garage of his website. I highly recommend that everyone check out the B200RSV. It’s way nicer and better than the trail master. I’ve even seen 2” lift kits that have come out for it. Mini biking ain’t easy!!!

@@brdllc Removing the governor with a torque converter on these bikes is a waste of time. Nothing is gained. And amateurs have repeatedly made a mess out of governor removal.
My Mini bike is not going anywhere but will start up and the first chain connects to the clutch goes but it just won't or something back chain won't move
@jeron9272 not the power but the rpm... blows flywheels apart. I didn't believe it til I did it. You need to upgrade valve springs before you get to the kinda rpm to blow it apart usually as valve float will limit rpm stock

i would spend the hour removing the gear. but yes, my ct200u did 45 out the gate after bypassing the governor (i never did blow the motor but i only had it a short time, since i knew i was gonna go 212)

The tall tire makes the gear ratio better for top speed though, some people have videos going about 60 doing a straight clutch to chain setup as well but the acceleration is abyssmal and it's really rough on the clutch. The stock jackshaft setup with a bypass is a pretty good balance of speed and acceleration ino
I need a throttle cable inline spring for my throttle cable I can't find them and coleman has none in stock so I have a brand new bt200x that won't run because of a cheap spring everything else is Great Bike is solid and will climb hills.

I put 22lb springs, governor delete, and a Mikuni carb. The springs are really good because there's a power surge at around 500 RPMs (I have a tachometer).
I have a predator 212 on my CT100u with stages 1 and 2 and some other odds and ends from gopowersports. I just came in At 52.9 after installing a Mikuni carb

I recently got the b200r and it went 23 stock and I just zip tied the gov spring and it goes 35 now maybe 40 with good gas

Pod air filter and slight bump in main jet size.. If you need more torque and top speed, a 30 series torque convertor
Torque converter, carb and filter, take off the governor. You can get an exhaust with a silencer that’s not too loud. It’s a pretty necessary upgrade.

all i did was i bypassed governor performance air filter and header pipe and a new clutch for more acceleration
All you need is a zip tie to bypass governor and go 40+
